    Hard Hat Plumbing is hands down the best plumber, period. There’s a reason they have a perfect 5-star rating, and I’m happy to add my own. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring in their work. They handle every project as if it’s for their own home, and their attention to detail is unmatched. I’ve had them install a tankless water heater and an emergency gas shut-off valve, and both were done perfectly. They didn’t just get the job done right the first time—they left my space cleaner and in better condition than before.One of the most impressive things was how beautifully organized the plumbing lines were. It almost looked like a circuit board, showcasing their precision and craftsmanship. You can tell they take pride in every single detail. Not only is the work done flawlessly, but it’s also visually stunning, which isn’t something you expect from plumbing!     Hard Hat Rooter is the BEST! Ive lived in six homes in Glendale and have used many plumbers over the years and Hard Hat has always come through for me! They have performed several jobs for me and most significantly an entire front of home to back of home trenched new sewer line. Super honest, great work and best prices!

    Very grateful for Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing Team! And they have an amazing team member in their technician Mr. Francisco!He provided expertise, hard work, clean finish, and some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. We were happy to give him a well-earned $100 tip.We were having some issues with the draining from our kitchen. Our dishwasher, sink, and washer dryer all run from that section. We initially thought it was typical build up, and simply required a line run to clear the path. Hard hat was very responsive, and quickly sent out Mr. Francisco. They quoted us $120 for the line clearing.Upon arrival, Mr. Francisco was thorough. He inspected all the water sources (clothes washer, sink, dishwasher, etc.). He was able to confirm there was a low flow out of the area. He then checked the access pipes. He then went under the home, and into the crawl space below. He was quick to point out the grade of the water output from that section of the house was off. He said the issues was a result of with the pipe grading. The improper grade was causing water to pool, calcify, and build up sediment; all resulting in poor drainage, and dirt build up and odor.We had been dealing with subtle indicators of a larger issue, but never out it all together until he helped us. Mr. Francisco was able to set up an appointment to redo the piping grade the next business day. They quoted $1,600; which was expensive, but on par with all other quotes. And $1,600 is what we paid including all taxes, parts, and labor.Mr. Francisco arrived right on time for the job, and worked diligently and smoothly until the job was finished. He utilized a leveler and a shovel to ensure we had a great exit grade for the new piping. He showed the poor original grade, and then later showed me through the new install and improved path he designed to ensure a proper slope. He then checked all other plumbing points; including the main line. He showed me each via the snake camera. He was great! It gave us so much confidence and comfort to see everything and understand the underlying issue was resolved. He also educated and showed us what items might require replacement long term (10-15 years from now). Mr. Francisco then cleaned up under the house, and in the side run access point. Taking all the old pipe and debris away. The final new pipe line was clean, and well done. And had a great slope down to avoid this issue happening again!Rather than take $120 and give us a temporary fix, Mr. Francisco and the Hard Hat team treated us like family. They did not charge us the $120; and provided a real, permanent solution. Hard Hat - thank you, and you have an amazing team member in Mr. Francisco. We could not be happier, and hope that he is appreciated as the great team member he is!

    I had walked in to our business on a Monday early morning hoping to get a head start on work, little did I know as soon as I opened the door I stepped in a puddle of water.... next thing I know my water heater had been leaking all night....... I remembered that i was following Hardhat Rooter on Instagram and gave them a call about the issue. Within 30 minutes they had sent a team of professionals to take care of the issue and replaced it with a brand new one. They are very honest and very fair when it comes to service and pricing! Thank you Michael and Francisco for your great work :)P.S. They are very neat and clean up after them selves as if it is their own home.

    Ive had the pleasure of Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing coming out for two sewer line inspections on a couple properties. The first time Ralph came out and the second time Michael came out. Ralph and Michael were both wonderful and explained their findings very comprehensively and well. Id be confident in calling them out for other work when the need arises.

    Hard Hat rooter is one of the best most honest plumbers I ever had to deal with. I had an issue with my main sewer line, Ralph came out and took care of the issue, he was professional, patient, courteous, and honest. I would absolutely use HardHat for my plumbing needs again.

    Plumbers can be hard to trust, but not Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing! We had an emergency plumbing problem that could have easily been overcharged. Thankfully, Hard Hat Rooter charged a fair price, worked fast to resolve the emergency, they were professional and very friendly. Made me feel comfortable and Ill definitely be hiring them again!

    Ralph is awesome, and very professional. I called him in the morning on a Saturday about an issue with my water heater. He came over and fixed it within a few hours, same day. He gave me advice on what to do if the problem persists again. Will definitely use Ralph for all plumbing needs.

    My back patio was flooding on a Friday night due to heavy rains and Rooter Man Plumbing came out right away, cleaned my drains and even came back the next day.     Raffi the owner was really empathetic to me and my situation. He helped me coordinate the service while I was away in another state. Michael the plumber came to do the assessment.He listen to my concern regarding the bathroom shower faucet. He suggested the perfect solution to fix my faucet problem.     • We had one of the most Yuk plumbing problems ! An old cast iron waste pipe had cracked open was leaking and stinking just awful. Once we knew the seriousness of the plumbing repairs we required we began looking for a plumber. Our first & second searched plumbers didnt work out. The job was too big for one plumber & the plumbing technicians from the other company wanted us to pay them to do our repairs and undercut their plumbing company employers and that was definitely a no no for us.• So we kept looking and were struck by the name Hard Hat Rooter Plumbing, after looking up their reviews we pretty much knew we had found the plumbers we needed. After speaking with Ralph he came on time the next day to do an inspection and estimate at no charge. Ralphs team scheduled for timely repairs a day away and before leaving had his senior technician Fernando to snake-out our pipes that were backed.• We highly recommend Hard Hat Rooter & Plumbing they are Professional, Skilled, they provided us with Fast repairs, Quality materials, were Neat and everything was Cleaned up and we cant say enough about how kind and nice all the members of the Hard Hat Rooter Plumbing Company were.     Michael, Luis, and Cesar were polite, professional, and communicated clearly through the whole process. Michael in particular kept me up to speed with texts throughout the day and notified me when I needed to come out to make decisions or to get additional information. This way, I was still able to have my virtual meetings and work from my office while they carried out the work instead of loitering outside. I wish Hard Hat Rooter and Plumbing offered more services because I would use them for everything!

    I had one of the easiest and best experiences with this company. They were very honest and very reasonable. Ralph was very professional and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. When Ralph wasn’t available Eduardo was in touch with me and kept me up to date. My tenants were very happy with the customer service and didn’t even feel like they were inconvenienced at all.     I had a plumbing disaster, a real mess. I called Hard Hat and Ralph and he came over with his team right away. They not only fixed the mess, but the cleaned up the mess. And they didnt clean me out with a high price. If youre plumbing needs help -- you need Hard Hat.

    Well , this review is way overdue since i know Ralph and his company for a while and he did several successful projects for me, i am going to talk about very last one, since i am a business owner myself i can understand how hectic sometimes it can be when you have several projects to handle, but when i called Ralph about my clogged kitchen drain even though him and his team were very busy with several big projects and jobs he sent me one of his crew in the evening and yes Francisco opened my kitchen drain stoppage very quick, thanks again hard hat rooter & Plumbing, as always keep up the good work !

    Highly recommend Ralph and his team at Hard Hat Plumbers. I live in 100-year-old house with the original plumbing. My kitchen sink was backed up and I don’t have a clean out. I called three of four other places and they could not come up until tomorrow due to the heavy rain. I contact Ralph and he had his technicians out within an hour of my call! His technicians called me when they were on their way, as per my request. When they arrived they were clean, well dressed guy, and very courteous. Daniel and Francisco came in and assessed my situation and quoted me a price before they began the work. The let me know that due to my houses age there could be problems, but they would do what they could. They were able to clean out my kitchen sink in about 20 min. They were so kind as to remove all my junk under the sink and put it back when they were finished. I had the pleasure to meet Ralph as he came to see how the job was going. I have lived in Glendale for a long time and never found quality plumbers. Now, I have Ralph and his team! I will be calling them the next time I have plumbing problems. Also, they take credit card and the price was excellent. Thanks guys.
