Couldn’t be Happier with the service and professionalism I received from both Erick and Corey. I had a clogged drained in my restaurants kitchen and what seemed like a straight forward job posed more issues than expected because of some piping issues. Amazing experience with Eric. He showed up asap on New Year’s Eve with a positive attitude and gave some great feedback and advice. This isn’t the first rodeo with our buildings plumbing system so we knew everything he mentioned was accurate. It was a really tough and dirty job but he spent his NYE evening completing the job (which took a little over 2 hours) and didn’t stop until he was finished. 10/10

Here I am again, needing the services of Agent Rooter, and while I do not enjoy plumbing problems, I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!This time, my toilet was flooding the entire bathroom with every flush... definitely an emergency!They were swamped with work, but Eric assured me they would make it...within 2 hours, they were here!!!It was a job, let me tell you (had to remove the toilet, snake the system, and reassemble everything) but they got it done, working perfectly, and cleaned up (!!!!!) in about an hour.👍🏽Agent Rooter is the only plumber I will ever call, ever.They are speedy, professional, and an excellent value.Excellent.I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Shower stayed on/kept leaking after the faucets were completely turned off. Contacted Agent Rooter, Eric and his assistant were able to work around my schedule and made it out the next day. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to rebuild the faucet valves instead of replacing them to keep the costs down. They also took a look at the guest bathroom shower/tub. The tub faucet would continue to drain/leak when it was switched up to the shower feature. They were able to quickly rebuild the valve there as well. Highly recommend Agent Rooter/Eric for any plumbing issues you may have. Thanks!

I spoke to Eric about installing a toilet, he gave me a very fair price and then offered to get it done right away before another appointment he had. He and his co-worker showed up quickly and did a great job, also transferred a bidet attachment I had, and I was very happy with their work. Eric even called me back the next day to make sure I knew I had written them a check for more than their charge (I had included a tip), and reminded me to call them if I had any issues. Very highly recommended.

Agent Rooter has done extensive work at home replacing decades old piping which was partially blocked by build up and tree roots. They do solid work, clean up after themselves and dont hard sell additional work. Eric is the person we have dealt with and hes very easy to work with. They also warranty their work. He came back to do pretty much everything that needed to be done from a small job such as installing a new faucet I bought at Ikea to install a new water heater for the entire house. They say 80 over the phone and something magic went wrong and they want $720 after they see a nice house, and 8 cars parked in the driveway. Agent rooter is the first to not attempt to scam me/upsell me on anything, came in and quickly fixed the problem under the terms we initially agreed on with no BS. Absolute pleasure working with Eric.We had an issue with water seeping out from under our toilet- they came in, inspected the issue, clearly laid out our options, and were ready to perform the repair on the spot. They were done quicker than Id expected, and even went the extra mile to fix up a leaky spigot the same day, with a little bit of ingenuity!Fast, efficient, and personable. My bathroom sink was almost completely clogged, and no matter how many times I tried Drano, it wouldnt help--so we gave in and called a plumber. Eric was able to show up same-day and fixed the problem quickly and neatly, and explained what was going on as he did, which I appreciated. He was also happy to be in touch with my landlord and make sure everything was squared away before he started. Highly recommend.

The service was great! Two technicians came in a timely matter on a Saturday morning as I had no sink to clean dishes. My kitchen was flooding and they came first thing on Saturday morning to replace the garbage disposal. And they cleaned up the mess on top of that!!! No complaints here only gratitude 🙏

We have used Agent Rooter Plumbing several times for toilet and sink issues. They are terrific! Agent answers the phone every time, without fail they have had a plumber to our home within the same day, usually within a couple hours, and have always resolved the issue without fail. All plumbers we have worked with have been professional, friendly and cared for our home as we do. We will continue to use them for any plumbing issues in the future.
