    The technician called ahead and arrived on time at my home. I needed an electrical switch repaired in my bathroom. It was out since Sunday; I called and made an appointment and the earliest available was Thursday, so I took it. Once he arrived, he introduced himself as Corey and asked about the issue.Pros:Called ahead & Arrived on timeProfessional greeting & established rapport.Explained the process thoroughlyCleaned up area..no trash left behind.Recommended suggestionsCons:Price list is too full of professional jargon.Diagnosed other areas before repairing the actual issue.Invoice is too vague— not itemized..what exactly did I pay for?Conclusion: I will probably use the company in the future, but now I know to expect to pay more than anticipated. I’ve googled all day about what I received and believe it’s a fair price. And Corey was incredibly professional, thorough, and most importantly: I felt comfortable with him being in my house for close to two hours.

Corey was very patient and listened intently about the electrical issues I was experiencing at my home and he and Landon didn’t stop working until the problem was completely resolved.     I first contacted Travis Electrical Services yesterday via email and received a quick response by phone by Travis. He was very friendly and easy to talk to over the telephone. He quickly put me on their schedule for the following morning to inspect my business for electrical issues.I had my law firm (Schoenfeld Law Firm) serviced today by Derek Higginbotham and Alex Estis with Travis Electrical Services. I was very impressed with their professionalism, hard work, and kindness. They were very informative and explained the electrical problems we were having and how they were going to fix the problems in easy to understand terminology. Both Derek and Alex worked very hard to resolve all of our electrical issues. The pricing to fix our electrical issues was very reasonable and significantly lower than other businesses we called for quotes. Plus, Travis Electrical Services warrants their work for 1 year—that is very reassuring. I highly recommend Travis Electrical Services! I will, without hesitation, use Travis Electrical Services in the future.

    This Company was recommended by my step Daughter. I called them up about my problem and straight away they said they can help me out. So an appointment was made for a service Engineer to come out the next Morning. Dead on time he arrived with his crew. Very polite and very professional. He explained what the problem was after doing a full inspection and explained that out outlets were in need of up dating. So it was agreed that the job had to be done and straight away they set about it. No waiting or rescheduling. This is the only company we will ever use from now on.

He helped me to get in touch with a reliable plumber too (who showed up right away for another issue) Cajun Plumbing 5 stars too! They had to repair a broken underground wire, trench and installed a new outlet! Everything was done super fast, and we will be using both companies again!

    Had one of the best service experiences ever with Travis Electrical. Special thanks to Kyle, the electrician who fixed my issue. He called to confirm when he was leaving and would arrive and was extremely personable, way more than anyone else Ive ever dealt with in any service industry. Fixed my issue, did a great job, and cared about keeping our house clean while doing it, including automatically putting on shoe covers before walking in our house. My issue is fixed and I now have an electrician for all future projects.Also, Travis was very friendly over the phone, and his pricing is per diagnostic/repair, not hourly, which I prefer. So you know exactly what youre going to pay to find the issue, and how much it will cost to get it fixed. Prices were also very reasonable for what was done. All around excellent experience.
