    Amari is very professional, courteous and sweet. He was punctual both times he was out. Great work ethic. He was very knowledgeable and did exceptional work.     Over the span of a week we had two of our three a/c thermostats go out. As a nonprofit during one of our busiest seasons we needed someone fast. Justin at Mr Electric came in, diagnosed both problems and explained it all in terms I understood. He was efficient and knowledgeable, preventing a possible fire now and in the future. The job was all done the day he got there. Thank you, Justin, for taking care of Foster the Love and to Mr Electric for hiring professionals who know what they are doing.

    Super friendly and professional. Our tech arrived on time, as promised, was very straightforward and explained my job options clearly. He found an easier solution to my electrical problem and saved me money. The price was surprisingly affordable!     The electrician was awesome! He found a hot wire that had never been connected on our new construction home! Were lucky it never caught on fire! Took all of 30 minutes to correct the issue. Great job!

    Very fast work and only charged me for one light fixture bc I had one 1/2 put up. While I appreciate that I was able to get an electrician the next day after I called, their price is very expensive. However, The next time I want something done quickly and well, I would probably use them again

    Thomas was great! The service he provided was excellent and he is extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything thoroughly and walked me through my home assessment. He truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be booking Mr. Electric next time and I’ll ask specifically for Thomas because that type of service is priceless. I had a bad morning because I was worrying about my electrical problems, but by the time the service was over I felt empowered about what I need to do next and it eased my worries. This is what true service is about; yes, the technical part matters, but it’s the way that the service makes you feel that sticks with you and creates lifelong customers.

    Had a visit today from Mr. Electric of Lafayette, and specifically Mr. Brandon Oubre. It was typical top quality service from Mr. Electric. Brandon changed a bad circuit breaker and also reviewed our entire security lighting network so we could identify additional issues which we will need to have addressed by Mr. Electric at a later date. Looks like above and beyond is simply business as usual for Brandon. His visit was tremendously helpful as is gives us an idea of where and how to focus our efforts. Thanks from all of us at our homeowners association!

    Our appointment went very smoothly. We were advised who our technician was and his estimated time of arrival.     Mr. Electric came out today and not only gave us cost effective options they explained everything to us in detail. The invoice was immaculate and detailed in exactly where our money was going and I am very happy with not only the work performed but the professionalism both on the phone and with the tech. We recently just bought a house and had issues with the outlets in the kitchen that go to our fridge and microwave, the original wiring was installed haphazardly and the original contractor didn’t include a GFCI in the kitchen. Nick not only explained everything that needed to be fixed he walked us through the process of what he did once he completed the job showing us exactly what was completed while he was there, he did a wonderful job! He also sold us a whole house surge protector and all the work he did came with warranties! And boy let me tell you they are fast, I called them yesterday and had an appointment the very next day for first thing in the morning. I could go on and on about how wonderful this company is but if you’re looking for an electrician let them show you how well they treat their customers because they are phenomenal and I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

    Just had a power emergency and am SO glad I called on Mr Electric for what I assumed was to be a routine repair of a faulty breaker or panel replacement…Brody and Nathan promptly arrived to investigate the situation and discovered it was a more dire outside issue than we knew! These guys did a great job troubleshooting and Brody took the time to explain the complexities of the situation and answer all of my many questions while Nathan thoroughly checked the indoor panel, even stopping to take his muddy boots off at the door before coming in! So thoughtful! These guys certainly impressed me with their friendly professional demeanor and reassurance and Brody even found out, just as I was about to pay the deposit, that the landlord was actually responsible for this particular repair instead of us! Super pleased about that! And even though the owner chose a different company in the end, Mr Electric definitely lived up to all of the glowing reviews you can read on here and made new customers out of us without even doing the job! I am so glad to see that there are still companies out there that take pride in their service and operate with such honesty, professionalism and courtesy! They really are the BEST!     Ive been using Mr.Electric for over 3 years now at all of our commercial properties, and we have been very pleased with both the service we have received and the long term results from the work they have performed.On several occasions I have asked them to go above and beyond what they do on a normal everyday basis and each time Sean and his crew have risen to the occasion.No matter if what you need done is a simple panel changeout or adding some circuits...or if is much more complex than that I truly believe they have got you covered. If you can describe what you want done, I believe they can make it happen for you.In the photos I posted you will see them installing a whole building ground system for my at one of my facilities and how clean they left it afterward when the dirt work was complete.You will also see where I had them completely rework an unnecessarily complicated and contorted service that did not meet code and replace it with a much more simple configuration which completely met code and included whole building surge supression.This is only an example of one of many jobs they have done for us...They can and will perform this type of quality work for you, just give them a call and set up a consultation with Sean to come look at your job.

    Mr. Sean Dore was fantastic from start to finish. I called before the open of business, spoke to a live person who immediately transferred me to a technician who happened to be Sean—the local franchise owner. Sean worked my emergency into his busy day. Our appointment booking was automated with personal service—the best of both worlds. We had a small fire whip h our local fire department assumed to be electrical so they advised us to not power our home until an electrician came out. When my wife spoke to Sean in a personal call, he told us he’d call us back to get us in. Within the hour, he was at our doorstep dressed professionally, with door mats and shoe protectors. He went as far as cutting our Sheetrock in our ceiling, taking videos and pictures to reassure us. He didn’t stop at “nothing’s there.” Sean D. kept troubleshooting until our HVAC was found to be the problem. He verbally said, “ I wanted to get to the source so we all could rest tonight. I would’ve had y’all on my mind, not sleeping, probably calling to check on your family with lives being at stake.” I appreciate that! Lastly, the guy even went as far as offering to wait while I patched a piece of Sheetrock to put my LED down light back up. Talk about customer service! Thanks, Mr. Electric!

    I called for an inspection because my lights were flickering. Unfortunately, my older house had some wiring problems. Nick Carter was excellent. He didnt just explain what was wrong. He showed me pictures. Its always easier to understand with pictures. The photo evidence backed up what I was being told and made me feel comfortable that I could trust what he was telling me. The cost was reasonable and the work was well done.

    I had Justin come out to help me run some cables through my attic for networking and my entertainment center. Once I drew up my plan with him and showed him the parts (cables, keystones, etc.) He instantly knew how best to run everything.     We had Mr. Electric come and change out out old lights in the kitchen. They were the old canister lights and the bulbs put off an incredible amount of heat. Quincy was the electrician and he was Great! He made some suggestions and we went forward with it. Now we have even done the outside lights and the lights in our Garage and store rooms.     My experience with Mr. Electric could not have been better. Justin was professional, knowledgeable and has a great personality. He wore covers on his shoes and swept when he was done. The work was done quickly and with a high degree of quality. My appt. was scheduled for a Friday and they called on the Tuesday saying Justins schedule opened up that day and they remembered Tuesdays being a good day for me, so my work was completed earlier than expected!

    The company was great to work with. With the pandemic they were concerned with the welfare of my family. The techs. (Phillip and Cody) did a great job and in a very timely manner.     I had Brandon Oubre come diagnose and repair a wiring issue in my mobile home this afternoon. Within 1.5 hours of me calling the company, someone came and fixed the problem and were gone.     Ty Latiolais was our technician. He was able to fit us in 2 days earlier than we expected and helped restore power to our bedroom ceiling fan and lights.     Technician Jason Landry was knowledgeable and very personable while being very professional. He explained what needed to be repaired and also gave us good info for other services.     I called Mr. Electric for a weird power outage we had in one of our rooms. They scheduled us for a Monday service call but were able to call us back and reschedule us for a Friday timeslot that opened up. The service professional was polite and professional. Justin Landry was our technician he did a great job. The only minor issue I had was that they had a diagnostic fee (basically just a service call fee) but it was a little more than I expected it to be. Still I feel they went above and beyond and I would use them again.

His diagnosis was accurate, and we were able to resolve that problem and then very quickly schedule a follow-up on the electrical work. Gaige completed and tested the work initially bid quickly.     I forgot that I had this review here, so Im editing it a bit! My house was built in the 1970s and has aluminum wiring, so I initially called Mr. Electric to have a light fixture installed. Ive installed fixtures before but I wanted the aluminum wiring repaired the correct way, in order to prevent further termination issues and possible fire. Brandon performed the install and did a fantastic job! Im selling my house soon and want to make it safe for the next owner, so I decided to call Mr. Electric again to have a complete aluminum wiring repair, load center relocation and replacement, meter installation, outlet/switch replacement and shutoff switch installation performed. Everyone that worked with me went above and beyond to do a fantastic job, despite the rain, a really hot and cramped attic, old, crumbling drywall, and other fun and exciting surprises a 40+ year old house can have! Ive worked in customer service and management for years and I can say that this is one of the best experiences Ive had with anyone. Ill definitely be in touch for any future electrical needs!

    I gave 5 stars for the actual service I received. It was prompt, first rate. Service men nice as could be. However I had been told by a previous employee that while he enjoyed going to help people with their electrical problems he was uncomfortable working there because of the very hard pressure he was put under to sell other services during the service calls. I did experience this myself. The “free” safety check indicated that except for the plugs where I had items plugged into that were working (obviously) that my entire house needed to be rewired. I was offered a 4000 or 5000 dollar plan that could be financed byMr. Electric . My house does not need to be rewired. The breaker box DOES work. I know this because I had an issue a while back and an electrician fixed it. I have had two different electricians in the past test my breaker box for “hot” wires and I was told everything was fine. I am not having any electrical issues. So I was glad I had talked to your former employee. To me this is a reputation issue you might want to work on.

He arrived at about 4:30 in the afternoon and he worked will pass dark to get her problem corrected.
