    I cant convey enough how much Troy and Erin helped me. I had been dealing with a plumbing issue for a very long time and paid other people/companies to fix it.     Troy was super professional, when he came out to do the estimate he gave us good feedback answered all of our questions and concerns.     My house had old galvanized pipes and we had no water pressure whatsoever. Troy came out (on time) and not only told me what needed done but also explained why. During that week they were very respectful and kept the noise down to a bare minimum during business hours. Meet: Trust Plumbing—more than a plumbing company—they are a friend, community ally, and a joy to support when life hands me lemons. Because of my experience with Trust Plumbing, I no longer worry about catastrophic home repairs involving the many pipes and lines in my 1970’s era home. This is a refreshingly different type of company that lived up to their name today fixing a broken pipe in my laundry room with unprecedented care and warmth.I felt uniquely supported from the first scheduling phone call last Friday (where they assured me if it got worse over the weekend they were here for me), to today’s estimate (which felt extremely reasonable and fair), and subsequent immediate repair that left my laundry room much nicer looking than when they arrived.     Troy was early to the appointment he gave us a call and let us know hed be early. We had a shower arm break as we were removing it and he got the piece out and installed the shower head. He also replaced our very old toilet. He was very professional but very friendly and we would recommend him to anyone.

    We had a basement drain that was backing up, and Troy came out the same day I him called for service. A camera was used to check the plumbing, and a clog was found and removed.     Troy was terrific! We had an underground water leak from the well. He came out the next day and started digging to find the leak and repair the damaged pipe. Troy was helpful, responsive and friendly throughout the entire process. Our water pressure is restored and the hole is backfilled before the next freeze.

    A few weeks ago, noticed that my washer water was cold. I called Troy at TRUST PLUMBING and Troy returned my call within the hour. We talked and I decided that a new Water Heater was needed. Troy was at my house with not only a NEW water heater but a better grade of one that we had even discussed !!! Troy had it installed and the old one removed and disposed of within 5 hours of my call to his Company......Also , today I called Troy for a whole different plumbing issue and I was able to meet with him and get what I needed done, again within just several hours.     Trust plumbing installed a new sump pump line, well pump, softener and RO system. The whole process went very smooth. They had everything done in less than 2 days. They were very respectful of the property and tried to keep everything as clean as possible ( one of the employees even used the swiffer on the kitchen floor) I would highly recommend Troy and his team for any plumbing job.

    A pipe failure was the last thing I needed during COVID. Our home was built in 1947 we were nervous about cutting into the foundation ourselves. Paid $3,000 for 5 hours of labor. About $200 of that was materials. Maybe that’s just the going rate for plumbing work.

    My experience with Trust Plumbing and Home Services was very pleasant. They were responsive and came the same day I called! Troy answered with a smile and was very helpful! He answered all my questions with knowledge and formally. He even talked to me about how toilets work so I could understand better.     I broke off a coat hanger in my shower drain and the service agent got it out without there being a very expensive bill that would have included tearing the entire drain apart. A dishonest man would have torn it apart anyway but this gentleman went the extra mile for me.
