    One of the most professional and honest plumbing companies i have ever dealt with. They have top notch service and every item i was quoted was reasonably priced. I have a 10 year old water heater that was not working properly. And as it would turn out, the bottom element was burnt out. They gave me multiple options for a solution but never pressured me on any of them. I decided to go with the repair for now instead of the replacement option they gave me. but if i ever need service in the future, i will be calling this company again!!

    I hired Tom to help fix an issue with my bathtub drain leaking around the drain itself due to an issue with a failed seal due to improper initial installation in our condo. He was creative in providing a solution to our problem which was cost effective, without having to replace our entire bath tub.     On time, highly trusted! Needed gas line added for new range. Pure Plumbing aka Tom came right out and inspected our home. He was very informative with black iron piping. Tom showed us what we needed without the extra cost. His work is very clean and professional. Went above and beyond with free advice for future DIY projects. We had five interested companies with this, and Tom was very competitive with prices. He won the bid with his professional character. He cared!

    Thomas is an absolute professional. He works hard and is very knowledgeable. His business ethic is refreshing in todays world of no call backs and generally bad service. From first call to install on a new 80 gallon hot water heater was same day (on a Saturday mind you.) I will absolutely go to him first.     Just recently moved to east Tennessee and our fixer upper requires plumbing updates, while we are not quite ready for the updates just yet, my kitchen sink backed up. I read the other reviews for Tom and decided I would try this company. When I called I got no answer and knew Id called back in a few minutes. I never got the chance to call back because Tom called me first and said he could be out the next day. He arrived on time fixed the problem, combed through our future update issues which he will be working on. One of the best professionals Ive ever had the pleasure of working with, will call him for all my future needs and will recommend him to everyone I know. If youre looking for a smart, honest, trustworthy plumber whose more than fair about pricing then look no further you wont be disappointed. Thank you Tom.

    We found water in our front yard on Sunday evening. We know it was the main line. We just moved here last September and didnt know a plumber out in the Lenoir City area. So we looked online and found this plumber. Thomas was a great person to work with. He had to do a lot of work and it took a few days and he was great. I will tell everyone about him.     My Moms water heater went out. I suspected the gas pilot thermo couple was bad based on my mom could not get the pilot light re-lite. I live out of state so I called pure plumbing. They showed up as scheduled and professionally repaired the water heater for a reasonable price. Plus, my mom said the technician was very polite and cleaned up after the repairs
