I needed an electrician to install a ceiling fan and switch in my daughter’s room, which didn’t previously have either. The room was an addition to the house and had very limited attic access—so much so that I couldn’t fit to do the work myself. I was prepared for the project to be challenging and expected the cost to reflect that.After posting an ISO (In Search Of) in my town’s Facebook group, six out of eight responses highly recommended Nuts and Volts. I decided to give them a call, and I’m so glad I did. They came out to assess the project, acknowledged the challenges of the attic space, and assured me they could make it happen—and they absolutely delivered!Two technicians came to complete the job. They were professional, polite, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. The pricing was fair for the complexity of the work, and they even went above and beyond by replacing a cracked outlet cover they noticed during the job—free of charge. It might seem like a small gesture, but it really demonstrated their commitment to exceptional customer service.I couldn’t be happier with the experience, and I’ll definitely be calling Nuts and Volts for any future electrical needs. Charles the owner and Dimitri installed a Tesla Wall Charger (220 v) yesterday and everything has been great. Charles answered our call on the first attempt, he came over within an hour and spent 45 minutes on the free estimate. He not only focused on the install but checked to make sure we had enough power to the box as to not have any hazards. Additionally he recommended what upgrades would be needed down the road for future projects we had in mind (solar power, generator, pool heater, oven, etc) he did not hesitate to walk around the house and check all our outlets and find which 220 was not in use to be able to tap into that one to install our charger. He had a great competitive price, he offered a discount as a first responder (as he also does for teachers, military etc). He was not pushy, he has the best price and his knowledge was comforting to know that he was very experienced for this job. His crew came the next day with him and he made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. They arrived on time, they got the job done by the afternoon and had everything installed neatly and did not leave any mess behind. Additionally, Charles called to make sure I was happy with everything the following day. Truly very pleased with everything and very happy with the customer service. Will definitely use again for future needs!

We were impressed that he was able to get a virtual inspection by the county as soon as the work was done and then enlisted the power company to turn on the power that evening. Amazing!

I asked for references on. Facebook page there were suggestions but I received I received several positive comments on Nuts and Volts so we called. We have never been happier with a contractor and we had MANY over the past 8 months but NONE compare to what we experienced with Nuts and Volts. Professional, Punctual even EARLY, cordial, courteous , MANNERS, we were always addressed by ma’am or sir. We had many different things we needed done. Our first day was beyond awesome, there were workers all over tackling all of our needs. I was probably a difficult customer as I added things we needed done during the job. They addressed all of our needs and not once complaint at all. They we happy to accommodate. I seriously can’t say enough good things about this company.

Contacted Charles for a quote for my work, promptly replied and stopped by on his way home after a long day at work.We discussed my job, he asked great questions, took a bunch of pictures, and said he would work on the quote that evening. As promised I received a quote via my email that evening outlining the scope of the work we discussed and an electronic signature option to get started. I accepted and was immediately placed on the schedule. Less than a week later Jared and Oscar showed up promptly as scheduled (actually an hour early) and began working with a clear direction of the work to be completed. Charles arrived about an hour or so later and assisted in the completion of my job and then walked me through testing all the functions.I would and am recommending Nuts and Volts for your electrical needs. Phenomenal work each and everytime. Have called in their service at least 3 times. We’ve had outlets added. We’ve added recessed lights. We even had power run to the shed about 100ft away from our power source. Prices are reasonable. Personnel is professional, neat and personable. They text with arrival times. The owner Charles runs a great business and staff. I highly recommend them.
