The owner returned my call after hours which was greatly appreciated. I hadnt even left a message because they were closed. They had a technician here first thing next morning (Mike) followed by Dan later that day to get me set up temporarily with power. Liz at Emerald Isle responded to an emergency call I was having at my home when no one would come out to help. Mike and Daniel helped get me up and running then quoted several options for additional work that was needed. Daniel was in constant communication with me throughout the process and even saved me money along the way. He called in advance to give me a heads up regarding his arrival, promptly showed up at the scheduled time, explained all the work that was done, and was available to answer all questions and concerns. These are my go-to electricians from now on. The work was very clean and professional and the service was courteous.

After checking all the Google reviews I called Emerald Isle Electric... and was greeted with a very pleasant good morning from Liz that answered the phone.Because I was without heat (I have electric heat) she moved a few of the appointments around to get me in right away.By 9: 00am I had received a call from Mike letting me know he would be there by 10:00am and his call was followed by a text from the company with his picture and a small bio about his experience (I really liked this).After some troubleshooting and finding out what we needed... Mike made a call to Dan for the needed parts to get the job done.When waiting for the parts Mike did a overall inspection of the fuse box and talked me through what he was looking at and gave me a overall review of anything that seemed to need attention.Both Mike and Dan worked quickly to complete the repairs and answer any other questions I had.100% satisfied with the results and the personal service they provided...Definitely will be quick to recommend them to anyone that needs service.Thanks again for getting everything handled
