If anyone is looking to not only to go Solar, but need electrical servicing/installation, CALL “Home Team!” I just had Stefan and Josh here to install my EV charger, and they did a great job! Very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable(answered all my question’s). Next, just waiting on “We Energies” so we can upgrade my 100amp panel(breaker box)to a 200amp. The owner, Ryan, and the help of Brian dealing with We Energies, etc…made all this such an easy, stress free process! “Home Team Energy” is the real deal, get a quote and find out for yourself if you’re looking to go Solar, or upgrade your home. Competitive pricing, and when it comes to brass tax/quality, let’s be real, that’s what we’re all looking for when hiring a company to work on our home. Looking forward to my electrical upgrade! This was a totally amazing experience for my wife and I . From the initial meeting with Ryan and the quote process to the completion it was awesome. In all my years of working with any contractor, Home Team Energy is the best Ive had the pleasure of dealing with ever. The crew was fast, efficient, thorough and respectful in every way. They were here bright and early every day, always wore foot protectors when entering the house and did a masterful and very professional job with the electrical panel installations and the solar panels on the roof. As I sometimes watched them , I was very much at ease with how they did the work. I could see that they do not cut corners with any part of the process.We couldnt be more pleased.I will strongly recommend them to anyone looking to install solar.

Only just turned my system on, but they were great. No surprises, walked me through the process very well. Always let me know if they were waiting on me for anything or if we were waiting on other things such as government inspections. They do not offer financing options like other solar companies, but they did offer a bigger system for a smaller price, which was most important to me.

Ryan at Home Team stood out from the beginning with a solid, reasonable initial proposal. We met with Ryan (and a couple other companies, just to be sure) and he was informative, took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered our many questions with patience. We appreciated his honesty as well; we werent sure we needed battery storage and Ryan assessed we did not- which would have nearly doubled the cost of the project. A less honest company would have tried to convince us we did need them for the bigger project profit. Ryan also had prepared a detailed breakdown (and recorded a video walkthrough!) of our system, what we can expect, and options of a lower cost system or higher cost, with pros and cons listed for each. His install team was prompt, polite, and hardworking, and kept us informed of progress daily. Hire Home Team with full confidence they are an honest, reputable company with great communication and delivery.

Really satisfied with our decision to go with Home Team. We were debating between them and a larger regional installer. Ryans quote was a better value and faster time to install. That was an easy decision. Then they showed why they earn nothing but 5 star reviews. Leading up the install, we literally had to do nothing. They took care of all planning, paperwork, and coordination. When it came to the actual install, it was obvious that the crew knew what they were doing. They communicated exactly what to expect throughout the process, and they literally left our house cleaner than they found it. To me, that speaks volumes about their work ethic and attention to detail. Can’t recommend Home Team enough. They were fantastic throughout the entire experience.

I had an urgent request to install the wall charger before I got my Tesla MY on Friday. I contacted Ryan last Sunday and he returned my message the next day and we scheduled the installation for Tuesday afternoon. The installation team came on time and did a professional installation in quick time. We had a wonderful experience with Home Team Energy. The team installed solar panels on our house and installed an electric car hookup in our garage. The entire process was seamless and they explained everything in laymans terms so that I could understand what they were doing (Im no electrician)! The installation team really took care to respect our home and cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond my expectations. Had a good experience working with the team at Home Team Solar. Not only was it well priced, but there were very transparent about all of our options and what those would cost. They didnt try and force us into long term solar financing as some of the other proposals did, but instead gave us the options with the pros and cons. The actual install went very smoothly, and they communicated with us a lot about the process. Even came out to make a small correction on something that they noticed was slightly off from the pictures.I would use this business again, and recommend anyone thinking about solar to get a proposal from them.

Used Home Team Energy for Home Solar Installation. Very impressed with this company. I had 3 prior solar evaluations and quotes. What sold me on Home Team Energy is the ability to answer all my questions in an efficient manner. Ryan Lettau, the president of Home Team Energy, was the one who evaluated my home and was the primary contact person from Home Team. I was very particular on the conduit run placement, solar panel placement and he was able to design the project to meet my needs. He is also the only person who physically got on my roof to measure my roof dimensions. I must have emailed him 15 times over a one month period regarding broad ranging solar questions. He usually got back to me within a 6 hour window with detailed answers that usually triggered more questions from me. In the end I felt I fully understood the solar project, interface with WE energy, net metering etc... The other companies that I decided not to go with would send a representative to my home who really did not know all the facets of the installation and the interfaces. Often my questions with those companies would be answered after the representative checked with someone higher up or the engineers. I never felt my questions were answered fully and usually would be answered in about 1-2 weeks. My experience with Ryan was exactly the opposite. I thought the price point was fair and consistent with other companies but the willingness to customize my installation to my liking far exceeded other companies. Home team has more of a can do approach instead of a cant do or I dont know approach.The installation took about 2 days. Stefan was the project manager for the installation. He was very meticulous and made sure that the plan was followed. He was on-site and involved in the installation from start to finish. He also fielded a lot of questions from me and seemed open to hearing them. The other workers were courteous and engaged.I cant say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them highly. I plan to use them in the future for other electrical problems/projects.

I would give them 6 stars if possible. They were incredibly thorough, responsive, and organized. They were able to seamlessly install 2 solar systems on both my house and my neighbors in the same 2 day window. Ryan will also respond to messages after the install should questions arise (I just bought a Tesla the year after the solar install and he was a great resource for charging options/optimization). They are the only company I think of or recommend when it comes to solar installs in the Milwaukee Metro.

From reviewing our needs and then quoting our project was done in a timely and HONEST manner.We had others quote this project as well and found your truthfulness and professionalism was our deciding factor in choosing Home Team Energy.The install team was efficient and their work product was impeccable. Working in 90°+ weather for 2 consecutive days with no complaints, I quote one of the younger installers This is our job this was echoed by the others.I can not wait for the utility company to commission the project. Ryan and his team were amazing to work with. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. They were great at explaining everything to us, and helped us explore all our solar options. They didn’t try and upsell us, and in fact discouraged us from spending money on unnecessary upgrades and extras. They were able to get our install scheduled and completed way ahead of schedule. The team was very friendly and courteous while in our home, and they cleaned up after themselves like they lived here. All my emails were answered the same day, and every step of the process was explained thoroughly and promptly. Ryan was excellent at explaining how the financing and permitting processes worked, and kept us informed of our progress in real time. Seriously, I cannot praise them enough. This company was an absolute delight to work with!

We decided to install solar panels on our roof, and received 4 estimates. 3 of the 4, including Home Team Energy Company, were all within a few hundred dollars (factoring in array size). We selected Home Team Energy Company because they offered a 25 year warranty on the workmanship (in addition to a 25 year manufacturer warranty with the microinverters and solar panels). In addition, the owner has claimed to have installed over 1000 arrays; that experience cant be beat. We also received a personalized youtube video along with the documented proposal, explaining our options. The team kept their schedule and did a great job installing the array and circuit breaker. They explained everything very well and one technician even offered his personal cell phone number so we could get a status update.Our array is now fully commissioned and operating. All of the rebates and paperwork was handled by Home Team, making it very easy on us.At this point I would highly recommend Home Team Energy Company for a solar array installation.

We first met Ryan when we moved to Milwaukee and he worked for someone else, adding solar panels to an existing home. Ryan had moved on and so had we to the suburbs of Milwaukee building a home with solar panels included. When we felt like we needed more panels, I called Ryan because other quote was to swap out panels for more productive ones and that was going to cost a lot. I called Ryan for a quote, when he got to the house he spent about 10 seconds looking at our roof and said he could just add 7 more panels and the cost would be 1/2 other companies quote. Installation was completed on December 31, just in time for tax season. His crew was professional and timely and the cost/kWh of additional power was right about what we were hoping for.

A+ Company to work with! Ryan and his team really came to the rescue to get new conduits laid down before concrete was poured on our new patio. We had limited time to get this done and Home Team made it work!We also had them install a new main panel in our basement to replace an original unit from when our home was build back in 1958. Very nice piece of mind to have a new reliable system (with higher capacity) in place for our family. Everything has worked flawlessly since the work was done months ago.

Steve was great! He was very pleasant to talk to over the phone and was even able to give us a quote for some of the work we needed done. The home is older, and the job turned out to be a little more complicated than expected. Drew, Chris, and Carlos were friendly, professional, on time, and listened to my requests and questions! Initially called because several overhead lights on one side of the upstairs of my house were not working. They discovered the very minor problem within 15 minutes inside one outlet and took care of it! While they were here, I inquired about an electric baseboard heater that wasn’t working, and asked what would be required to fix that and also install an overhead light in my basement. They took the time to explain my options, I set up a second appointment for them to come back two weeks later. Second time, again, they were right on time, professional, and quick! They installed a light in my basement, replaced my electric floorboard heater, and worked with me to figure out the least invasive way to install the ceiling light, and still protect my finished ceiling from needing alot of the dreaded typical drywall follow-up patchwork after then install. Highly recommend Home Team Energy!

Home Team Energy helped us design a solar energy system to meet all of our electricity needs and helped us understand the potential return on investment. They worked with our roofer to coordinate the installation of the panels once the roof was completed. They patiently answered all of our questions, completed a building permit, and filed necessary paperwork and coordinated installation activities with WE Energies, the Germantown electrical inspector, and Focus on Energy. The installation progressed on schedule and without delay. We are now generating enough power to zero out our electrical bill, and we couldnt be more pleased.
