If you need a new kitchen, bathroom, or just about anything in your house, Vadim at Perfectum Plumbing is the man!

We are quickly becoming regular customers thanks to the quality of service here! Theyve done our chimney lining, water heater replacement, and fixed our main water valve, and now were discussing plans for installing a water softener for our whole house. Best of all, whenever were considering a new project we can call them up for an easy, free, and highly informative discussion on the pros and cons of various options and what to expect.Below is our original review of the first job they did for us, when the business was listed at another address:I needed to replace a hot water heater on short notice, and none of the other contractors could do it because we needed chimney lining as well in order to meet code. Fortunately, these guys stepped in and took care of both problems in one day, and at a very competitive price. Great service, great communication, and well definitely be using them again!

We hired Perfectum Construction and Plumbing based on a referral by a family member who was very satisfied with his service. The company provided an estimate and timeline for changing the roofing, replacing skylights and restoring the chimney. They did a high-quality job, on time and on budget. We had a number of complications due to the solar panels which required the removal of panel brackets, replacing a number of damaged segments, and assuring the soundness of the roof to the standards required by Tesla Solar. We were very impressed by the no-hassle, no upsell and no-nonsense approach. Overall we got good value for money.

Perfectum Construction is the company every homeowners hopes to find. We had a floor drain for the AC unit condensation in our basement that was backed up, after trying to clear the blockage several times it was discovered roots had cracked the pipe and was the cause of the issue. Within minutes Vadim had come up with a solution that was both low cost and functions better than the original setup. Vadim goes above and beyond, even taking up his time to suggest preventative measures the homeowner should be taking. I highly recommend and they will be our first call when having our kitchen remodeled. Very responsive, and prices are better than fair! We were very pleased with the service we received.

My previous plumber Tom introduced Vadim to me when Tom retired from the business. He’s since done a few excellent plumbing jobs for me. Now, Vadim is expanding his business portfolio. So when my tree roots-damaged driveway needed repair, I first called Vadim. After I sent him the pictures showing the cracks, he get back promptly with the quote, and was able to schedule the job 8 am next day. The workers were outside my house at 7:30, and the entire asphalt driveway was repaved by lunch time. Thank you, Vadim, for a job well done!

Randomly contacted Perfectum Construction and Plumbing for a very last minute toilet leak and ended up getting them to do the rest of a planned bathroom remodel to include wallpaper removal and paint, shower tiling, and new toilet installation amongst other things. We are already planning to use them again.Great price, excellent finished product, and very easy to contact and work with. Vadim provided a no muss or fuss, honest assessment and explanation of the services we were requesting...it was refreshing after our initial call to a known company that offered nothing but price gouging and overcomplicating the fix on the leak repair. Not Vadim. Im so glad we made the call to him...knowledgeable expertise and great people. Already planning for him to address whats next on our list...flooring, lighting fixtures, electrical work.

Vadim and his team are phenomenal. Will keep working with them on all things related to plumbing and their services. They were knowledgeable, explained the situation very well, went a step up than most and their prices were fair. Also, you get the owner coming out on site! Very happy overall!
