The units were located on the rooftop, requiring a crane truck for both removal of the old systems and installation of the new ones.     Fairland Plumbing & Heating has been absolutely amazing. I was having a lot of issues with another local small company that installed my brand new HVAC system. They could not figure out what was wrong with the unit they installed after 10-20 visits. They were doing a horrible job troubleshooting and were very careless. I could not deal with them anymore, so I randomly selected Fairland hoping and praying they were a good company and I have been so pleasantly surprised and impressed. The first visit Rose spent almost or maybe even more than 2 hours to troubleshoot the issue. He is so calm and patient and very methodical. I really cant say enough good things about him and how happy I am with Fairland Plumbing and Heating. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their office staff is very kind also. I will not go anywhere else and I recommend them whenever I can. The HVAC system is working great now. It was a board problem and Rose came back to replace it and came back another time when the weather was warm to make sure we had the proper freon levels.     Fairland Plumbing & Heating did a phenomenal job repairing our AC. Rose, the technician, was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. He went above and beyond in assessing our unit, recommending services, and providing minor additional repairs (replacing damaged insulation). Fairlands prices are fair and they do good work--highly recommended!

    Our plumbing tech, Sammy, just left our house after Fairland fitted us in, last minute, so we would have a working toilet on every floor of our house. Sammy was courteous, answered every question with a smile, and perfectly repaired two toilets in an hour. I called Fairland because on two other occasions they gave us very reasonable quotes and fit us in without the long wait that some companies seem to have. A difficult job of running a gas line to our wood burning fireplace was done beautifully and for about 2/3 the cost of three other quotes. You cant go wrong with Fairland Heating and Plumbing.

    A high-end water heater gave out after 20+ years, on a Thursday, and we called Fairland Plumbing and Heating to help us replace it. Although it was over 20 years old it had a Lifetime Warranty!Noelia and the other employees were very aware of the disruption no hot water can have on a home, and were very happy to help navigate obtaining a replacement, and its installation. Noelia in particular contacted the manufacturer and their agents to try and speed up the replacement process. She provided us with detailed removal/installation estimates in very little time at all.Unfortunately, we werent able to use Fairland for the installation. In the end, the manufacturer strongly pushed for the original installers to complete the process.Because of their strenuous efforts, on our behalf, I highly recommend Fairland. In particular, Noelia was a wonderful person to deal with. She and the other representatives were fast, knowledgeable, informative and seemed to really care about our situation.

    We chose Fairland Plumbing & Heating for replacement of our HVAC system after extensive research and solicitation of quotes from several companies. Fairland stood out for a number of reasons-- prompt response for quote, fair pricing, family-owned and generational business, friendly office staff, and very knowledgeable owner Min Han who has expertise in the field, explains everything clearly, and gives advice as he would to his own family. I appreciate the honesty and professionalism, and the fact that they did not try to upsell me when I was trying to inquire about additional features. Since they are a small company, sometimes communication can be a little slower and scheduling can take a tad longer. But Im so glad that was not a deterrent for us because they did an Outstanding, Professional, and Thorough job, down to tacking each wire precisely and keeping the interior and exterior HVAC area neat and clean. Thank you to the Fairland team for doing a great job and taking such good care of us! If you want a job well executed by knowledgeable professionals at a fair price, I recommend them highly.

    I started using Fairland Plumbing & Heating about 15 years ago in an emergency situation. The water heater had started leaking and was threatening to flood the basement. It was a Sunday (of course), and as I phoned around to many plumbers, I was told over and over that I would have to wait 2 or 3 days for a service call.Finally I stumbled across Fairland in the phone book. The call was answered immediately. I explained the situation and asked, Could you possibly replace the water heater TOMORROW? The reply was, How about TODAY? Within 90 minutes, a Fairland truck showed up, and the plumbers determined what kind of water heater was needed. Then they left and came back an hour later to install it. The price was lower than I had expected, and there was no surcharge for coming on a Sunday. As I said to Fairland at the time, You have a customer for life.To this day, the company delivers excellent service at a very fair price. A live person answers the phone and then follows up with phone calls until the truck arrives at the house. I wish other businesses would strive for this standard of quality.

    Fairland Plumbing has provided excellent service and honest, fair pricing. They installed a whole new HVAC system (furnace and A/C unit) and a water heater in my 1947 house, replacing a system that was installed in 1998. Their technicians worked so hard to get the job done right, and this was at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. They have also done smaller jobs, including installing a water line to hook up the refrigerator water, finding the cause of a non-draining sink, replacing old faucets, etc. They have always been honest and fair in their pricing and they have not tried to sell me something I dont need. If I have questions or concerns, they always answer them and explain things to me thoroughly. I highly recommend this company - they are honest and reliable.

    This weekend (Friday and Saturday) we had a water leak from one of the bathroom and the water leaked in the living room and in the basement.Friday, our property manager called Fairland Plumbers (and we did the same on Saturday night) and they were able to come and take a look at the leak and they fixed it.We call them after 8pm both time and they were very fast in respond and they were efficient, effective, honest and professionals (we have two toddler sleeping next by the bathroom where they worked and they did not wake up them!!!).They provided us the best experience with any plumber during the leak emergency. Now they are our favorite plumber!!

    We had another company come out to look at our hot water heater after a flood. We figured the pilot light needed to be relit, but wanted to be sure. Guy came, took a quick glance, said nope and that it needed to be replaced because it was too old.Called Fairland back to get another opinion. Two very nice men showed up, took a look, relit the pilot light and waited to be sure everything was okay. That was all that needed to be done and what a relief! Very professional and kind considering the basement needs tons of help. Yikes! I highly recommend Fairland. Honest, reasonable rates and excellent service.Weve used them for decades. I will never call anyone else ever again even if the other company has availability sooner. Theyre worth the wait.

    We’ve been using Fairland Plumbing and Heating for all of our HVAC and plumbing needs, since we bought our first house, 7 years ago. They have installed our heating and air conditioning unit, sump pump, garbage disposal and 4 toilets throughout our house. All of these services were performed by competent and punctual technicians. The quality of work was outstanding and the jobs were done correctly, the very first time.Fairland Plumbing and Heating has proved to be a highly reliable company because they responded very quickly to all of our needs, which also included an emergency service call. There was one time when we had a water leak from a copper pipe in our aging house, and they were able to get to our house within an hour of notice. For all these reasons just listed, I would highly recommend Fairland Plumbing and Heating.

    Fairland has been servicing my elderly mothers house for many years. My mom tends to call them for anything that goes wrong with her house, even for services not listed. But they always come out without question and takes good care of her. Last visit they came to fix her furnace and returned the same day, late after hours, with a needed part to ensure she had heating for the night. That is personal service you cant complain about.

    Fairland Plumbing and Heating installed my HVAC today. They were extremely professional from the start. The quote arrived within a day, it was very detailed and spelled out everything they will do. I requested to move the AC to a further out location, which they agreed to without any fuss and no extra cost. The installers arrived on time, they were professional and made sure to cover their feet every time they stepped into the house. They put up with all my requests, even when I changed my mind, and got everything installed perfectly. I had issues with the installation of the thermostats app, but Min, the owner, kept offering help and support until we got it to work with my phone.I would probably have them install my hot water heater soon, and I highly recommend them to everyone.     I had Fairland come to house today bc AC wasnt working. Called yesterday and he arrived at home by 9 am. At 10, he presented a bill for under $200 for parts and labor. He was honest and professional and didnt try to sell us a new unit, even though ours is over 20 years old. I know eventually it will need replacing but appreciate his honesty and exceptional service.

    Pipes over 50 years old with multiple leaks, and hardest of all, the plumbing was built into very cramped quarters to have to work in, which they did with no grumbling or changing the price due to the difficulty. They even fixed a couple extra things that werent even part of the estimate. A fantastic job at a great price, I felt lucky to find them and will recommend them heartily.

    Unfortunately, our sewer line had to be replaced, but these guys made the whole process easy and were much cheaper than the quote I got from Roto-Router. I interacted with five or six different employees and all of them were incredibly professional. Also, they took the time to answer all my questions.     These folks are efficient, effective, punctual, honest, professionals who provided great service quickly. I have an old unit nearing the end of its useful life. They confirmed my belief that the unit was low on freon and got it up and running. When i do change the unit, I will go to them.

    Couldn’t keep an appointment. Didn’t even call me to let me know. I had to find out by calling myself. Terribly disappointed.I had to change my review from 2 to 5 stars! The owner answered my concern as soon as he realized there was a problem. Min Showed up earlier than I was told which I REALLY appreciate! He was wonderful. He was able to fix my heater in no time.     After contacting 3 other plumbing companies to repair an ejector pump for my toilet in the basement, none of these companies were successful in locating a replacement part. Fairland Plumbing was referred to me by a friend, and I am so grateful to have found this company. Fairland Plumbing quickly found this ejector pump and installed it in a timely manner.     Water heater had an intermittent and than final failure of the pilot. Fairland was extremely responsive to address each aspect, from my initial call during an intermittent failure to the final failure. Fairland techncians arrived same day of my call.
