Timmy was an absolute lifesaver after our daughter was born, and the previous contractor we had hired was putting off the work we needed to move into our home. Byrds Contracting came in and not only did a fantastic job, but he was incredibly fast and efficient as well. Throughout the process, he was honest and transparent about what needed to be done and what the costs would be. He made the entire process so much easier for us, and we are incredibly grateful for his work. Hired Tim to do a master bath remodel as well as a basement refinishing. Both turned out great. The basement was a process in dealing with the town inspections but his crew made the necessary adjustments to appease the inspector and the finished product is great. Wouldn’t think twice to hire him again.

Tim Byrd from Byrds Contracting has been most helpful in helping to solve two of my most vexing problems. He has put in a new bathroom in my house upgrading and modernizing the bathroom in a simple style. It also fit my budget which was even betterHe and his team also put a patio and walkway in the yard to improve the landscape.He makes sure he selects excellent people that work carefully and correctly. I wont do anything without consulting him first.

Byrd built a 650 sf two car garage with400sf attic in difficult site conditions including 400sf block pavers.In addition an open front deck and 300sf four season porch mud room and bath were renovated.In addition Byrd made extensive repairs following storm damage.Repairs were completed in quick response prevention extended damage during Covid with materials in short supply.Highly recommend Byrd

Working with Tim Byrd and his staff is always a pleasure. They are professional and attentive. I am still looking for the pictures to post, but the whitewashed fireplace he recommended in Milford was something I would have never considered. It transformed the entire space into a brighter and more modern space. This crew is a breeze to communicate with and get projects done on time. I look forward to our next project together.

Circumstances arose and I needed a contractor to come out urgently. After hearing my plight, Mr. Byrd was the only contractor willing to make time to drive out over an hour (one way!) the next day to help me out and I averted my disaster. We were assured completion a good enough time before Thanksgiving and it was completed a little over two weeks before Thanksgiving.
