His advice helped us find an additional problem that was in our irrigation system. All in all a great experience with the plumber. The company was fast to get us a plumber, notifications were done through text and the text was used for two-way communications not just one-way. They were responsive and informative. We got a very fast follow up asking how everything was. No guesswork involved. A great customer service experience. The work looked good. He was clean and left nothing behind. Plumber came by on the same day that the company was called. We thought the toilet flapper needed to be replaced. However, by the time plumber (Eric) came, the toilet has fixed itself. Plumber made sure things were working right and left after 10mins. He said he won’t charge us for the call because he really didn’t do anything. I received an invoice for the full amount but after explaining to the office manager about the situation, they reconsidered and withdrew the charges. We’re very appreciative of that.

I showed him where the leaking sound at by the bathroom ceiling. He thoroughly inspected the area. He climbed up to the ceiling attic to look for the leaking and was able to spot it under the platform. It was a pin hole leak. Darren fixed the leak in a short while. The price they charged was very reasonable. Thank you!

My Navien instant hot water heater began leaking quite a bit of water from the condensate drain. This has also occurred for a number of my neighbors as well. Eric from Precision has seen this numerous times, diagnosed it immediately and ordered a replacement heat exchanger. The installation was a little over an hour. Excellent work! Felt like I was in good hands. They live up to their name. Other plumber didnt want to touch it. Tub faucet leaked until it became a steady stream. He said that I needed a contractor. Recently a Lowes employee recommended that I get a referral from a plumbing supply store. He named General and Standard Plumbing Supply stores. I just called General in Brentwood. Lady referred Precision Plumbing & Contracting Inc. to me. Plumber came out that week. Plumber replaced washers on tub faucet handles. It slowed the leak, a little. He said he needed another plumber to help him remove water heater to access behind faucet handles. They would replace them with one handle. They came back in one week. Big job! This mobile home was built in 1974. Glad they could fix it!Thanks for your help, Dave!

Necklace and the drain stopper got stuck in the P drain. Original builder installed a sealed pipe under the sink. This did not leave an accessible pipe. Precision Plumbers arrived 10 minutes early, very polite. Cut the old out and replaced all new with a proper nut to retrieve from the p drain, in event this might happen again. Will call them again, this is my second experience with them. They installed a hot water tank.

We called Leo around 8 pm after being turned down by several other plumbers in the area (including one we’ve used a lot in the past). Leo didn’t hesitate and came right over he arrived clean and professional (8pm 😊) in Appearance and went right to work. He tried several things to trouble shoot the problem trying to ensure a cost effective repair. Once he diagnosed the issue he went to work quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up the space. This type of customer service is difficult to find in todays world. I’m happy to say I found someone that values a customer’s satisfaction as much as he does their money. I’ll be using Leo for any future needs.
