    About a year ago Plumb Level fixed a Friday evening plumbing emergency for us. We wanted a new sink and faucet installed and had Plumb Level do it. The old sink was a non standard size and finding a replacement was difficult, I found one that was very close but not exact. Plumb Level sent two guys out at eight thirty in the morning and by noon we had a new sink and faucet installed, looking very good and working perfectly ... without having to cut the granite countertop. Those guys knew exactly what they were doing, did it, cleaned everything up and headed to their next job. We couldnt be happier.

    Plumlevel Replaced our original water heater that came with our home under our home warranty. Then that water heater came with a 6 year warranty. Less than 2 years there was another issue with the water heater which they replaced the same day. Everyone was professional & kind. Great job! Very pleased.

    We suffered a leak under the floor on a Sunday evening. As to the initial response of being 24 hour service, that is not correct. However prior to the company opening at 8-00am on Monday, they contacted us with an appointment, which was shortly moved up to 9.00am Monday. At 8-45am Colby arrived and assessed the problem, and cut a neat hole in the sheetrock, finding the leak. His plumbing technique seemed excellent, and after cutting another neat hole for the other end of the pipe, connections were made, and the leak was stopped. A portable vacuum cleaner ensured a perfectly clean area where work was done. All in all, a very satisfied customer.As to Colby, a very personable young man who knew his plumbing, and was a neat clean worker, and a great ambassador for the company.Really happy with the work, from start to finish.

    Ive used these guys a couple of times in the past, but most recently I hired them to replace and extend a gas line going the entire length of our house. Jake came out and gave me a quote, and he was very informative and very professional. So, I called the office and made an appointment. I was given an exact date and time that the plumbers would arrive, and in fact I received a confirmation call a day or two before the appointment, and another call the morning of the appointment to let me know that the crew was on their way. The two guys that came out were very polite, professional, and careful not to make any kind of mess in our house. I am really picky, but the completed job turned out great, and was finished in a very reasonable amount of time. From start to finish, this is one of the most professionally run companies I have dealt with in Brenham. Are they cheap? Nope. But I learned a long time ago that the cheapest contractor is usually not worth what you pay him. My experience with Plumb Level was excellent from start to finish!

    The team was on time, listened to our description of plumbing issues, told us what they intended to do, did so efficiently, even handling another small matter they noticed along the way. Regarding a faucet problem, they accepted our decision to handle that ourselves after they described what was needed.     We had a fairly serious problem with a toilet (a black water leak under the toilet) at, naturally, three oclock on a Friday afternoon. We called Plumb Level, they were at our house by 4:15 P.M. and thirty minutes later the flushy was flushing properly, with no leaks, runs, drips or errors. We were very pleased with the timelyness, quality and cost. Good company.

    Had exterior lines and joints shatter in the freeze just before Christmas on our cabin out near Brown College. The repairs were more extensive than we felt comfortable handling ourselves, so we called Troy at Plum Level. They scheduled us for the next available appointment, which was a few days away, but were actually able to come a day early which saved us from making an additional drive from Spring. The two techs who came out were friendly, respectful (were old farts), and very professional. The repairs were made quickly (in a really tight space), and they installed an in-line drain at my request, so this doesnt happen again. Super happy with them.As a side note, Plum Level also installed our exterior Rinnai tankless water heater three years ago and did a SUPER job. It works like a champ and they were very supportive after the install. We would be hard pressed to call anyone else for our plumbing work.

    We had a water leak from the bathtub early Saturday morning. Called the 24 HR number and they were going to send someone out that afternoon. They actually called a couple hours earlier and said that they were on their way. Quickly found and resolved the problem. Very reasonable considering it was the weekend.     I had a main line blockage, they came out on a Sunday and found it was the cityā€™s fault. They got the city out at 7:00pm and the jetted the main sewer line that was blocked. Plumb Level never charged me for coming out. So awesome šŸ¤˜šŸ¼šŸ¤˜šŸ¼

    Arrived to their office yesterday and was kindly greeted by the staff. After conversing with the manager about the long list of estimates I was needing, he assured me it would be taken care of in 2 hours. And it certainly was!

    Im very happy right now!! Last year we had a huge oak tree in our yard. Memorial weekend it rain!!!!!! And the tree fell on the well stem, not realizing that it broke. Just a couple of day ago, Sunday, April 17th ALL NIGHT IT RAINED. Houston received 17 inches...well this same rain poured mud in our well...to say the least we had sand clogging up every faucet, toilet and shower we have in our home. We call Plumb Level and they came out in a flash.Thanks Matt, for your expertise! I will definitely recommend your services. Again THANKS!!!
