Up until our most recent plumbing issue, which has been successfully resolved, weve entrusted this team with a wide range of tasks. These have included everything from repairing our furnace and air conditioning units, to fixing a bathroom sink and installing a new toilet. The team operates swiftly and effectively, firmly standing by the quality of their work.     Eli, the owner, was incredibly quick in sending out plumbers to re-pipe my home when I was experiencing issues with water pressure due to outdated galvanized pipes. But Logan didnt just repair the broken pipe and valve, he replaced them and relocated them to a more convenient area. I was really impressed by this. He made it so much easier to access the valve.     I was hesitant to engage Howards Plumbing Co. because of some negative reviews online, but it turned out you cant always rely on those because our experience was outstanding. They were the second company we contacted after the first one let us down (no callback after the initial interaction). We had an internal leak/electrical issue with a 4-year-old water heater. I reached out to the heaters manufacturer directly to try and obtain a refund (they were also cooperative). They provided me with a return number and the team at Howards Plumbing Co. coordinated with their supplier to replace the old unit with a new one. Thus, I only had to pay for Tuckers labor. Tucker proved to be an excellent technician and the person who answered our call was extremely helpful (cant recall her name). The rates were fair and the work was done very efficiently. I highly recommend them.

    WOW!!!!!! A mere 5 stars doesnt adequately communicate my fantastic experience with this plumbing service. If I could, I would give them a 50-star rating!! I reached out to them on a Sunday and, incredibly, received a callback within just 4 minutes. I informed Eli that my drain was blocked, explaining that it was the line to my septic system and located under a concrete slab. He promptly provided me with a base price and arrived soon after our call to identify the issue. Not only did he resolve the blockage, but he also took the extra time to clean the line as well. It turned out to be one of the worst build-ups he had ever encountered, resulting in a piece of his equipment breaking. Throughout the process, Eli was a delight to interact with - consistently friendly, utterly professional, and respectful. Despite the job extending longer than anticipated due to the severity of the clog, he kept his word and maintained the flat rate he had initially quoted without any increase. Moreover, he recommended products that I could buy from local stores or online to help keep the drain clean in the future. He even took the initiative to bring up these products on his phone to show me his recommendations. I cannot stress enough how highly I recommend this plumbing service in Brenham!

    Timely, reliable, knowledgeable, committed, and above all, honest - these qualities are hard to find in any service provider these days, but we found them all in our recent plumbing experience. we had several bouts of plumbing backups which led to flooding in two of our bathrooms. tucker was dispatched to our aid and took the time to accurately pinpoint the problem. his diagnosis wasnt what we had hoped for, but he was absolutely correct. it appeared that we had multiple cracked sewer pipes under our garage floor, necessitating an excavation of an 8 x 10 ft. section, four feet down into our extremely compact soil to reach the pipes. tucker was joined on this challenging task by logan, caden, and another team member. they all worked tirelessly throughout the day and well into the night to locate all the cracked pipes, even running a camera to check for any other issues beyond the dug-out section. as expected, they found additional cracked pipes around 18 beyond the cut-out section. they carefully tunneled into the soil to reach these pipes for repair. after a long, exhausting day, they refilled the hole, removed all debris, and left the area spotless. tucker, logan, caden, and the other team member were nothing short of polite and patient, answering every question i had throughout the process. the task was physically demanding, especially in the heat, but their determination to complete the repair was unwavering. we truly feel like weve stumbled upon a rare gem in the world of plumbing. nothing but high praises for this company. their responsiveness, from the owner to the office staff, reflects in their hardworking employees. theres no doubt about it; this is our go-to plumbing service from now on.

    A few folks recommended affordable plumbing and im thrilled i gave them a ring. i rang them on a day of the week and initially they said it would be two days later before they could make it, but theyd add me to a waiting list in case an earlier slot opened up. they called later that same day after lunchtime and said they could send someone over right then! ralph was the plumber who came over and he was fantastic. he tried his best not to cut into too many areas, but my leak was a tough one to locate. in the end, it worked out since we discovered several other problems while looking for my leak. ralph worked at a brisk pace to fix everything and was respectful of my home, our stuff and my pets. considering all the work that was done, i thought the cost was also quite fair. i would hire these guys again for any of my plumbing tasks in brenham.
