Easy appt set up, and they where more than accommodating with my schedule. The gentlemen that showed up were on time, very polite, quickly got to work, found the problem, showed and explained to me the issue, and fixed it. No pressure to upsell, just gave me some recommendations and were on their way. I will definitely utilize them again next time I need an electrician.

Had them install a 50 amp plug for a generator on my house. I emailed the company through their website, got a quick reply (which has been an issue with other electricians Ive contacted regarding this) and they were out within a couple days to get it done. They did it efficiently, within the quoted budget, and with minimal disruption to me. Will have them back out for some other things Ill be needing in the future.

Excellent service! Professional, on time. Mike, the electrician, was patient with ALL my questions. I had to leave, my brother came to be there if Mike needed information about anything I returned an hour later, he took it all in stride. I hired Mike to come back to upgrade from fuse to panel, excellent. My American Bulldog loved Mike and Dave. I will hire again for a few more upgrades.

This company is absolutely excellent. Up front pricing with a flat rate , on time service, even though they are hourly rate I genuinely felt as though they worked as diligently and quickly as safely possible. I swear they answer the phone before it even has a chance to ring. They took time to educate me on the status of everything and worked to calm my anxiety over this big project I had undertaken. I will absolutely be using them again. The quality for the price is unmatched in the area. 10/10

We are in a very old church building with numerous challenges including labyrinthine electrical wiring. Mike showed up on time, was happy to help, answered every question, and worked tirelessly to find and solve the issue. He was amazing, and we a so grateful for his help.

I recently had an overhead to underground conversion done with my service coming in from the transformer on the power pole. With that being said there were much scheduling needing to be done with PSE/Potelco, which can be an absolute circus. Baker Electric juggled all of the PSE matters (and there were many) with great patience and always kept me as a customer first on their agenda. They also replaced my meter and correct gauge wires leading to the panel in correct conduit. They worked with L&I fundamentally and I could not be more pleased with their customer service and promptness to get my project completed. Also, the bill was not out of this world which was icing on the cake. I would recommend Baker Electric to anyone needing electrical services.

We had an emergency problem with our breaker box. Gary came out within two hours and worked with me to get the problems fixed. He also instructed me on how to handle certain types of wires, fixed issues with grounding and bonding. Never a more pleasant person could one meet! He was not only extremely knowledgeable but kind and considerate and not the least bit condescending. Such a pleasure! Baker has a great find in this employee!
