    After a septic inspection we needed to sell our house, we needed a pipe lined. Snowbridge came out in under a week and did the repair in a day and got it to pass inspection and we had the permit the next day from the county.

    After a very bad experience with another company, these guys came and saved the day. The first team arrived and spent time properly diagnosed my problems. It was a tricky fix that they handled with professionalism. The staff is awesome and made sure that my questions were answered. They even found ways to save me money on the job and offered to help with my insurance claim.

    I met with Jerry from Snowbridge to assess a decade long series of problems Ive had with a lift station. I walked away very impressed with their knowledge of sewage pump systems and Im looking forward to working with them on a new system that will significantly improve my rental property. Communication from the company was outstanding and Maxine and Bill kept me informed during a busy period when they were overworked. I really appreciate the expertise, professionalism and general attitude that they bring to their jobs and I plan on working with them exclusively in the future.

    Very professional company.     In these crazy times we got someone out within a couple of hours. He was professional, fast and very helpful. He cleaned up after himself and wiped down all the door handles. The office was prompt, easy to work with and very helpful.

    Rare to find all the above qualities in 1 company. They understand how the issues they respond to affects peoples lives and did everything possible to get to my job asap (they were actually early), corrected the issue and put things back together better and neater than they originally were.     Snowbridge called before heading out and arrived at the time indicated. They were very courteous and thorough. I asked for a report once finished so that I would know how best to schedule the septic clean in the future. They provided me with all the information I needed to know to plan for additional septic cleans. Will absolutely use Snowbridge again.

    Impressive design and installation of a trough drain at our residence. The work was done professionally and timely. We are extremely pleased with the end result. Thank you Snowbridge for an excellent job!Also, we needed to add good bacteria to our septic system and Snowbridge sells the highest count good bacteria product: CCLS. Snowbridge is the best!

    It was Sunday evening when we noticed that we had a serious issue with our septic system - water was backing up into the house and overflowing from the shower drain. With the next day being New Years eve, and with a house full of guests, we were worried about resolving the issue in a timely manner. My husband called Snowbridge first thing in the morning, and fewer than 2 hrs later they arrived at our house to trouble shoot and solve our problem. Thank you so much to the team at Snowbtidge for their excellent service!!!

    Snowbridge has helped me out on multiple properties, with same amazing service. From emergency jetting of frozen sewer lines in French Creek, to routine septic pumps in Blue River. Always do their best to get to the job as soon as possible, and always knowledgeable and professional as one could ever ask.

    John was prompt, courteous, friendly, extremely knowledgable and helpful. Since my husband and I had not been living in this house, we did not know where pipes were that John needed. The SnowBridge crew in its entirety is one of the most professional and knowledgable crews I have ever worked with! From top to bottom!! The simple fact that a direct competitor would consider working with us is proof that the SnowBridge crew has some of the highest levels of integrity this industry has ever seen. I personally have spoken to, or worked side by side with several of their staff and it’s always an enjoyable and educational experience.
