I recently had the pleasure of working with Mark Cober Inc to replace a boiler and water heater, and I couldnt be more pleased with their service. Everyone on the team was knowledgeable and responsive, addressing all my questions. They did everything they said they would and stuck to their promised timeline. The perfect reviews so far are definitely well deserved.What truly stood out was their commitment to my homes well-being during the boiler replacement, especially given temperatures were dipping under freezing. They went above and beyond to safeguard my property.Though not the cheapest option, they offered reasonable pricing for their high-quality service. On the high end, there were some bids that were 50% more that made me feel I was being taken advantage of, but with Mark I felt like I was paying a fair price for their excellent work.They even accommodated additional work seamlessly. In an area where reliable service can be hard to find, they exceeded my expectations. If youre seeking a new Boiler, I highly recommend them for their professionalism, punctuality, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Theyve earned my trust and future business.

Marks boiler room crew of 2 did an amazing job. Worked 8 days in a row, to get the job done! Replaced the whole system, and it looks like art in there. They kept us up to date with what they were doing, why they were doing it, and what was coming up. Mark checked up on his crew, to see if they needed anything or extra help. Found a leak in the new hot water heater, factory problem, and they had it repaired the next day, and had us up and running. This system works our radiant floor heating and the hot water in the house. It is complicated. Complicated. Comp.li.cated. But they just sailed through it like they do these every day. :)

Mark is a class act!!! He was highly recommended by a trusted friend and I can see why! When I called Mark he was in the beginning of his busy season...he mentioned he was booked out pretty far. I told him that I really needed something checked the next week and he was able to get out on Tuesday of the week I needed him! He diagnosed our problem and resolved it quickly! He has worked on our property before (prior to my purchase) and he actually took care of this problem and didnt even end up charging us for the repair or service call! I will ONLY use Mark and his team going forward! He is highly skilled, professional and trustworthy! Cant recommend him enough!!! John H.
