We needed to diagnose issues with our forced air system to better regulate temperature in our new home in different rooms / on different floors. Anything from Higher Standard was fast to respond with a reasonable quote, made time available to come out the next day, and was really responsive/ communicative via text / calls about timing and next steps. Anthony was highly professional, quickly diagnosed the issue, and even came back the next day to install new thermostat and sensors in our home. I would highly recommend Anthony and will be using him again in the spring for our annual heating / HVAC maintenance. -

Anthony came out to fix my furnace. Super transparent and honest, went above and beyond for service call. I would recommend higher standard service to anyone!
