    I often dread having to make a phone call to organize services etc. This was not the case with Clear Choice Drain Solutions. Everything was easy! It was a pleasure speaking to Janette over the phone and text. I had same day service to have a garbage disposal inspected.Reynaldo showed up promptly and was very professional and honest. We had good conversation while he worked and he was also very good with my young kids. He managed to get our sink to drain but recommended a new disposal due to its age.Janette arranged for the replacement once we decided to go ahead. Our technician, Octavio arrived right on time as the job was squeezed in on a busy week. Again, very professional and a pleasure conversing with. He provided a small flash light to my 4yr old boy who was so happy to help out as his apprentice. He completed the job with ease and even gave my son a couple of toys in appreciation for his help. Day made!Thanks for amazing service and making everything easy!

    Clear choice solutions is top notch. Josh, the master plumber is every meaning of the word master. They provide great customer service and get the job done right. Roberto is fantastic and I can’t say enough about Javier. Great company and I would not trust anyone else to do plumbing work. From trench-less pipe lining to clearing clogged drains.     CCDS was absolutely great. I had to re-line my residential main line due to corrosion. Not only were they very professional, but also very responsive. With top of the line technology and tools they ensured the job was done correctly. I would definitely recommend them over the usual names you see on the street.

    Octavio of Clear Choice is excellent. He came out on a Saturday morning , spent two hours snaking out a kitchen sink drain clog that was especially difficult. It was 22 feet down the pipe around two corners, but my man got it done. Easy and professional communication, friendly guy, totally pleasant experience.

    I called Clear Choice Drain Solutions today for a clogged drain in one of my tenant spaces. They sent someone out the same day to resolve the issue. They were very straight forward with the cost and provided ample detail on what we should expect. The pricing is very reasonable. I will definitely call again when the next plumbing surprise occurs!

    I called Clear Choice Drain Solutions on a Sunday during a rain storm with a clogged driveway drain that was causing water to leak into my garage. They had a technician over to my house within an hour. Octavio was awesome; he had the drain cleared in no time, was clean and conscientious regarding my property, and gave me great advice about maintaining my drains going forward. I would absolutely recommend Clear Choice Drain Solutions!

    If you are on the fence about clear choice let me tell you look no further. I have used them for my business and personal plumbing, pipelining, carpet cleaning, and even ceramic and vct tile needs.     Spoke w Joe in the office and he was great. Explained my problem and he listened without trying to upsell me on any services that we didnt need. He happened to have a tech in the area and managed to get us scheduled in the same day. Octavio was the tech and was very helpful. I will absolutely be calling clear choice with any plumbing needs in the future.

    Octavio and Juan were excellent! They cleaned out a clogged sewer drain in a three family home on Quincy while it was occupied with tenants! They made the best or a bad situation and cleaned up a big mess.. This is the second time I have used them and will definitely contact them again when a plumbing problem arises!     These guys were great. It was a big job, a sewer re-sleeving. They came out twice to make sure they understood what the job entailed and could give me a accurate quote. They were knowledgeable, good at explaining the procedure and answered all of our questions. In fact everyone I met from this company including the people I spoke to on the phone were responsive and very pleasant. With something like this, there is a certain amount of trust you have to have for the people doing the work since its not something most of us know much about. I felt trust with the people in this company.

    A++++ Company! Another plumbing company jerked us and our tenant for a week, finally arrived and then tried to charge us $700 to replace a garbage disposal. When we refused they wanted to charge us $179 anyway. I fear this may be a trend among tradesmen as the next company I called also refused to provide even a ballpark quote.In contrast, Janette at Clear Choice quoted their price over the phone. The plumber arrived when promised and took care of the problem quickly. I paid the fee as quoted at $185, which included the environmental fee. What a relief to deal with an honest and competent company! So grateful!
