Had Mitsubishi heat pumps installed this summer. The guys had to work in 90+ degree weather and we felt terrible but they were very efficient and professional. They also had a plumber install our Rheem heat pump water heater. Very clean plumbing work and was happy give details about the setup and install.There was a hiccup post-installation of the heat pumps but the sales rep and technician were quick to diagnose and fix it. We were up within 2 weeks.Great work and coordination.

ARC installed a heat pump unit in my house and I was very happy with the entire experience. The install was clean. They explained the unit thoroughly. I did have an issue with the unit itself making some noise but I took a short video and they sent someone out and corrected the issue quickly and were very pleasant to work with the entire time. The issue was a minor manufacturing defect and not a fault of the installers.

For the most part the experience of working with ARC to install our heat pump has been pretty good. Their pricing was competitive. The guys who came to install the until were very respectful, courteous and kind. The subcontractor electrician was very nice. The only glitch was scheduling the install. We were given a week window and got a last minute email late one afternoon informing us that the installers were coming the next day. Not everyone checks their emails multiple times a day. A phone call should have been made, 24 hours ahead at least. Simialrly, we didn’t know when the electrician was planning on arriving. There was one no show. We are happy with the product but that’s not really a reflection of ARC. We chose ARC because they carry the brand we wanted and is a well respected company.

Had a job to repair copper pipes connecting my 2 heat pumps to the side of the house. ARC did a great job replacing the damaged pipes and retesting the system. Everything put back in place. Never know they were there. The way it should be!

In addition to giving the most reasonable quote for the installation, they were prompt, courteous, explained everything, and did a great job of installing the units and coordinating with an electrician. I recommend ARC Mechanical without reservation.

Paul Luciw has been a pleasure to work over the years…deep expertise, solid estimates, clear communication. ARC installed a new TRANE HVAC system several years back…and last week a new Bradford-White hot water heater and water main plumbing. The 2 techs were great. Did an excellent job installing it, showing me how to operate it. High-quality company….high-quality products….high-quality personnel.

Ian and his team were great! During the site visit we talked through all the options and they found one for us which was within our budget and did what we needed. The installation happened earlier than expected. It was quick and the crew were very professional and very experienced. The heat pumps are up and running smoothly now and out home is warm and comfortable. Ian is still available by text or phone to answery questions. Overall I would absolutely recommend ARC Mechanical Contractors.

The ARC team did a great job installing my mini splits-- very tidy work and very efficient. The job required removing an old gas furnace and associated ductwork, an old whole-house air conditioner, and a through-the-wall air conditioner. Everything left tidy and closed up, including added insulation. Mini-splits working well. Thank you ARC!

I love our new heat pump! It was just in time for the hot and humid spell we had in early September. The crew was very professional and answered all our questions. They worked with us to find the best place to locate both the outdoor and indoor units and took care of all the electrical work and paperwork for the rebates too.

The installers were friendly and very, very competent, as was the initial estimator who gave us great advice on installation options. An A+ job all around.
