I recently contacted Tyler Electric regarding a leak that occurred and showed that their original electrician had stapled through a PEX line. The leak occurred three years after the original electrical was completed and started leaking after the staple started to rust.It is important to state that I bought the home from an owner builder and I did not have a contract with Tyler Electric. It was also past the original owners one year warranty. However, with all that said Tyler Electric made a customer service decision and rectified the problem in a reasonable manner.Its sure nice finding a company in this day and age who still have values!
