Installed a hardwired heater in the garage -- new 30 amp circuit breaker, conduit and wiring, and added a wall thermostat to make it easier to use. Michael is a master electrician who knows his stuff and does a professional and thorough job. Great person to work with and highly recommended.

I had Michael fix a number of problems with our exterior electrical box and wiring, and then he extended the new wiring into the house. He did a wonderful job, got all the necessary permits, coordinated with the power company, etc. His prices are reasonable and he really knows how to get everything up to code. The best, most professional electrical contractor I have ever had.

I reached out to Firefly in order to have an additional outlet installed in my basement. Michael got back to me that day, came out the next day to survey my electrical system, and performed the work the following day. He did a fantastic job, to include making some adjustments based on my power needs. Even with this, all of the work was completed in under 2 hours. Michael is extremely knowledgeable and super-professional -- I highly recommend Firefly!

Incredible customer service and great work! I contacted Michael on behalf of a client over the weekend not expecting a response until Monday. He almost immediately got back to me and set up a time during the week to look at our commercial project. We received a quote and references and Michael was very clear about the cost based on the nature of the scope of work. He was on time, professional, and had great communication with me. As we were not on site during his time working, he made sure to take pictures of everything. He was also incredibly patient with us as we were working through a terrible tenant move. Michael will be our first call for any and all future work!!

Michael at Firefly was extremely responsive and came to discuss my project fairly quickly. While MANY other contractors in the are ignoring, dismissing, or upcharching because things are busy, Michael was responsive and fair.We scheduled for him to come reorganize my panel because I had extra room on there to add breakers and electrical capabilities. He also ran 2 new dedicated circuits for some projects I am doing.Things went very smoothly, even when a few materials were changed.I will use him for all my electrical needs going forward and recommended him to all who will listen.

Michael from FireFly was one of few electricians to answer my call in the Bozeman valley when we had a water heater failure. Due to the nature of the issue we were forced to switch from GAS to ELECTRIC water heater when the outside temperatures dropped well below Freezing this last December.We were stuck without hot water and needed assistance ASAP. Not only did Michael shuffle his schedule around to help out install a new hotwater electric outlet to help out the plumber get his new water heater in our basement, he did it while wearing a mask.Keep in mind that this valley is full of support for new construction up in Big Sky but getting help in Bozeman is difficult. We will use Firefly and recommend them as they were here when it was needed most.

Mr. Croteau was very professional and had many good ideas that made our Barndominium safer. As a Retired Fire Fighter, I was impressed that he followed the NFPA requirements for Electrical Codes and Life Safety even though they were not required outside the City and no requirements of the County. If you want professional and quality electrical work, you would have to look far and wide to get any one that would be as qualified. Highly recommend Firefly Electric.

Michael with Firefly Electric was great. He was quick to return my call and able to come look at our issue the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable and followed Covid safety procedures -- wore a mask, only entered our home if he absolutely needed to and kept a distance whenever conversing. The problem ended up being our microwave. Michael was very generous and didnt charge us to diagnose a bad appliance. I highly recommend!
