    I recently remodeled my bathroom with this company, I had a wonderful experience with them. They were very nice, especially the thech name James, he was kind and funny very pleasant.     Im a renter and my landlord hired a guy for making repairs and installations in the landlords fifty plus properties. Weve noticed Caulking that dripped And now its glued to the counter. And paint droplets on the floor that have one into the grout, so we dont see any way of getting that paint stain out without ripping out the grout between the tiles.I tell you the story because thats why I hired suncoast to come to the house.. I figured that the landlord did not want to hear that the hot water heater was tripping after two minutes of using the shower. Greg came in and look for 30 seconds. He pointed out that there was very small black soot on two of the wires going into the breaker. (I Had missed that detail even though I have flip the braker more than two hundred times in the last month.) That wire is under sized, he said and the conduit should have been larger. Every time you reset the breaker, its telling you dont do this because a fire could start. And He pointed out that you can see how the main breaker is faded plastic now and it could fail at any time and you will lose power to the entire house.So the guy who cant grout or paint without leaving stains is also the genius who replaced the hot water tank with a tankless water heater and under sized the wires. The cost of rewiring with larger conduit pipe would be more than $21000 and Im pretty sure the landlord is going to delay. Thanks to Gregs clear description of the situation and point by point explanation for the replacement parts that are needed, I have an estimate to negotiate my exit from this rental. When I someday have a house, im gonna call suncoast.

    Excellent electricians they came right out and fixed the problem after I called another electrician who had no idea what they were doing. I’ve had them for two jobs now and they did a great job both times. Gregg is amazing.

    Suncoast was amazing!! My ac went down in this horrible heat. My existing company told me 48 hrs which due to health issues was unacceptable. Someone in my neighborhood told me to call Suncoast. Brent had someone out in 1 hr!Darryl the technician was friendly, professional and explained and showed me what was wrong. Thorough service and ac up and running an hour after he arrived. I switched companies and even took their maintenance plan. Highly recommended

    Diogo just completed an installation of a wall light and mirror in our bathroom, and he did an excellent job. He was professional and friendly.     Referred to Suncoast by a friend in the Tampa Bay area after we were flooded with 9 of water from Helene. Contacted me over the weekend and had a crew at my house on Monday night to start. Jon Guilano and his team did a great job on remediating our flood, including removal of lower cabinets, vanities, and flooring, not to mention all of the drywall from about 4 feet down on each wall. They went out of their way to try and save items we wanted to keep (marble counter tops). Workers were courteous and professional. Friends and neighbors keep asking me how we were able to get someone out so soon. They saved me a huge mold headache by getting here so soon.

Mr. Miller (spot on) and Mr. Bye were great, affable and did not waste time in doing their work. Suncoast may be a tad more expensive than others but as Sir James Goldsmith said you get what you pay for.I have referred Suncoast to others and have no reservation in referring them.

    Greg was amazing! He explained everything about the generator I purchased and when I had a question about the gas smell he came back to check it out. He then explained it was normal and assured me it wasn’t anything to be concerned about.I did think this was pricey and could have gotten it cheaper on my own but I wanted the assurance of a company that would be standing behind it, that would hook it up, explain how to use it, and be here if I had questions or concerns. And I’m glad I did.

    Suncoast Electric and Air is a home maintenance companyGreg upgraded the main lug of the electrical breaker system; Darryl replaced the ultraviolet lamp in the a/c; James patched up the holes in the wall that Greg left behind—all likeable fellows (good rapport), undoubtedly highly qualified and highly skilled. Everything was completed within two days. They were in constant communication with management on everything that came up on the job.One that came up was the need to install a new a/c ultraviolet lamp. As the inquiring mind that I am, I asked about its replacement cost which I was told would be added to the bill. What I was not told was that I would also have to pay the a/c guy “in sitio” for additional service fee and a/c diagnostics as soon as he finished the job.I find that Suncoast fees are in the upper range of prevailing rates, making me feel that tips to workers are built in.

    Brent and his team were amazing! SunCoast was a thorough company when I had a plumbing leak. They started with water removal throughout my house, counted and boxed all my belongings, sent me the recording of every box and all the objects inside of each one properly labeled. The next step was using fans, other big machines, and special dehumidifiers to remove the rest of the moisture in the floor and walls. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. My kitchen remodel and master bathroom came out amazing sense they are third generation general contractors. SunCoast answered all my questions and had checklists every day. Super organized and detailed. Every team member was so happy and glad to be a part of the Suncoast family. Free of charge they did duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, and clean my air handler coils.The mold removal process was fascinating. The team set up plastic containment on the area that was bad. The price was great for any extra things I wanted. The rest was billed though my insurance! I rate this company five stars! My home is way better than before!

    I had damage after a hurricane that in turn caused mold throughout my home. Suncoast Contractors cleaned and removed ALL the contents of my home into a POD. They then proceeded the process to remove the mold and then repair all the damage. They worked with my insurance and completed the job within the expected time frame. They were professional and maintained communication with me thru the entire process.I have also used them several times for electrical repairs and always satisfied.

    I hired Suncoast Contractors to do some remodeling of my condo in West Palm Beach following a Mold Remediation that their sister company, Mold Remediation Pros had done for me. Once again, I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris Kapalka who is their Director of Operations. The job consisted of new paint everywhere, new carpet, new bi-fold doors, and new kitchen and bathroom faucets. Since I am out of state, I was looking for a company that would treat me right and not take advantage of my not being on-site. I struck gold with Suncoast Contractors! Chris went way out of his way to deal with my unhappy tenant during the remodel process while at the same time doing a 100% job. His communication with me was excellent, sending me pictures of the job as it was in process. My tenants furniture was so old it was falling apart and it had a distinct odor to it. Chris helped me procure new furniture for my tenant and even removed the old furniture and delivered new furniture to the condo. You cant get better service than that. I highly highly recommend Suncoast Contractors and Chris Kapalka. You will not go wrong in hiring them.

    Harold replaced the old Pacific Electric panels on my Duplex.Several months later I had some arcing issues unrelated to Suncoasts work (shoddy kitchen contractor). They cheerfully came out and fixed the issues and charged me an extremely reasonable price.They made everything right in a couple of hours, Harold told me to request him if I ever had trouble again..... he knows my house now.Cant recommend Chris the Rep or Harold the electrician more highly.Thanks Guys,ScottDelray Beach
