I cant say enough good things about Chris and his work. He was and continues to be a huge part of making our new house a home. He worked on soo much in our house and his work ethic and quality is visible in everything he did. Hes the true definition of a professional in his trade. I have recommended him to anyone who will listen. When he first came out, he quoted me on the beams and showed me the idea for the dining room ceiling and it really made that room stand out! He made our breakfast nook table and the bench as well. The beams came out perfect. The stairs is probably my favorite part of our house. I showed him a picture of how I wanted them and he made sure to point out all the details of what would need to be done to get our old stairs to look like that. He redid all our door and window casings. Our fireplace wall and Mantel came out perfect.

We could not be happier with our new covered deck by Esher Construction. It is perfect and we wouldnt change a thing! Chris did a great job of remodeling our guest bathroom! He removed all of the wall paper - it was even on the ceiling. He prepped and painted the walls, retiled the floor and installed a new vanity and mirror. The quality of the work is excellent and his rates are very good . Chris was trustworthy, communicated well and always showed up! We did it all on a small budget.

Highest recommendations for Esher Construction. Chris was great to work with from start to finish. The bid process was timely and what he promised was exactly what we got - even when we changed our minds a few times throughout the process. Chris and his team have created a beautiful screened in porch that we cant wait to use every warm day this year. A few pictures attached - still have a bit of staining, landscaping and furnishing to do on our end, but I think the craftsmanship speaks for itself.

Chris, Armani and Joe completely redid our master bathroom and closet. It was a huge and detailed job. They took everything out and reconstructed a whole new look for us. (See before and after pictures)Every step which we wanted, was completed to their high, meticulous standards and the end product is better than we anticipated! The guys were always respectful, trustworthy and great to be around in our home, just a pleasure to work with. They even redid the areas THEY were unhappy with. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris. We love our bathroom, and the quality and care that was put into it is evident from ESHER!

Chris did a massive remodel on my new Home in Wellington. I cannot say enough about the quality of work that was done. He did two custom staircases for us, hanging beams in the family room, custom dining tables, custom fireplace mantles, custom shelving, everything done by hand. Trust me when I say that work like this is rare now a days. You owe it to yourself to reach out to a real tradesman like Chris Knowles and have anything you want come to life.

Chris just finished a rescue job for me on a bathroom remodel in which the guy who started the job was doing horrible work and I had to stop him about 1/4 of the way through. Thankfully, I found Chris who saved what he could (not much) and then did a beautiful job with the shower and floor. He also caught a previous plumbing mistake that would have undoubtedly flooded my house. Hes very fair, honest and upfront about pricing. His work is meticulous, detailed and shows a true artists touch; unsurprising as he started out as a finish carpenter. And top it off, hes as nice a guy as youll meet. Cant recommend highly enough.

Chris did a great job adding a roofdeck railing to our home. His second task was to change some damaged, rotten elements of the outside wall T-11 boards and some wood around a door opening during sliding door change to hurricane proof ones. He nailed it! ;)

Chris and his partners with Esher Construction were prompt and made our house feel like it had a makeover in one day! My wife and I moved into our house and had several repairs/updates that I originally thought would require multiple companies to complete. Installing dimmer switches, fixing wiring that was not correct when we bought the house, framing our entry doorway and replacing/removing our toilet are a few of the many hats the Esher Construction group fulfill! Chris was very upfront about the cost and quickly provided us with a written emailed quote when we were determining what company to use. Having one company do all the work definitely saved time and money! I would recommend Esher Construction to anyone! They are an honest and fair company! Chris has also helped guide us where to go for specialties outside of his! We are so thankful that Esher Construction made the upgrades to our home!

Home construction and repair can have it’s challenges. Chris and his team made this process as easy and stress-free as possible.Workers showed up on time with the right materials and tools. They consistently worked til the job was done. The demolition, carpentry, sheet-rocking, electrical work were all done quite skillfully. There were no disappointments. All of the workers were likable and did a nice job of cleaning up after themselves.Chris gives nice attention to detail, was flexible, not rushed and his pricing was competitive. We will be using Esher Construction again when we are ready to do some further remodeling. We strongly recommend them.
