We installed new floors in our single family home with Bela Vista Painting and had a perfect experience. Fabio was a pleasure to work with - he gave us advice on tile selection, answered all my questions, and responded to my emails and text messages super quickly! After the tiles arrived, Fabios team was able to install the floors and replaced all baseboards throughout our entire house within a few weeks. The installers were great - super professional, worked quickly, and did a seamless job. Fabios crew also repainted the interior and exterior of the house and they couldnt have been more pleasant and competent. I love my new house!!! I highly recommend Bela Vista Painting. Very responsive, capable, and really great to work with. I hope to work with Fabio again on remodeling our kitchen next!

Fabio and his crew painted the exterior of our home and we are very happy with the quality and professionalism of their work. Fabio committed to a start date and schedule that was performed on time. Prep work included power washing and caulking and removal and replacement of hurricane shutter screws. Priming and painting multiple coats was done professionally and they left the site very clean. We have received multiple compliments from our neighbors on the attractiveness of the paint job. I would recommend Bela Vista Painting without any reservations.

Hired Bela Vista to paint the exterior of our home after the previous company 7 years ago did a terrible job. From the beginning, Fabio (owner) was super responsive and professional to work with. They gave a very competitive price and did a fantastic job on the house. Excellent quality, looks great and we get compliments on it. Highly recommend.

My wife and I both work. Fabio was sensitive to that and met us at our home for an evening consult which we appreciated. We wanted to put our home on the market and needed several areas repaired, and painted both inside and out of the house. While walking through the inside we showed him something in our kitchen that needed to be fixed. He went to his truck.....brought back a few tools, and fixed it right on the spot! That was pretty cool. Anyhow, after looking at everything, he provided a timely and fair quote for the repairs and painting. They did a great job. Wish I had used him sooner as my house never looked better. Would have liked to have enjoyed how awesome it looked, but we sold it. Thanks again to Fabio and his team. My husband and I are extremely happy with Bela Vista Painting! The projects we had done included:painting the all of the baseboards, removing decorative tiles from the exterior, repairing stucco on the exterior, stuccoing the exterior, power washing and painting the exterior. Im sure there is a bit more, but my husband handled all of the logistics. This past year we had many contractors in and out of our home and none of them were as respectful or courteous as Will and Fernando. From start to finish they did a superior job and were not only very meticulous in their work, but very tidy as well. Everything was always cleaned up; which I greatly appreciated as previous contractors left our home a mess. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees! Fabio was also very nice and repeatedly came to check on the work being done. They were prompt every morning. My husband relentlessly texted them and told them to please not knock on the door because baby might be sleeping, and I know construction is generally loud, but I felt they were respectful of the noise. We would hire this company again in a heartbeat!
