    Curtis Stake did an outstanding job converting our electric stove to an LPG stove. He coordinated seamlessly, was punctual, and showed up immediately before and after the propane tank was delivered by another company to ensure everything was connected and running smoothly. His excellent text messaging system kept me updated on his schedule, arrival times, and important job details. Curtis provided a written itemized estimate and I paid exactly what was quoted after the job was completed. I will definitely be hiring him for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommend!

    Curtis is well versed in his profession. Several times during remodeling of our bathroom/walk in shower that he was here, he was continually working. Advised on several things during that time that became beneficial and more sensible to the layout. Always cleaned areas where work was completed every time. Very respectful. Would be first call if a plumbing issue was to arise.

    Unlike other plumbers I talked to, this business actually kept his promises and did the job on-time.I was in gigantic trouble and needed a hot-water heater replaced though I am 6000 miles away. He came through in a pinch and worked with me so that I could pay him and get the work done.Perhaps not the cheapest out there, but he actually gets the job done, and his do so meets or exceeds his say so.Ive used him since then, and hes one of the good ones.

    Curtis was amazing. I called his emergency number at about 8 p.m. but only let it ring two or three times and hung up thinking I would call back in the morning. We had a hot water tank issue and how no hot water and no water in our showers at all. He called back immediately saying he had a call from my number and wanted to see if I needed help. He then set up a time to come to my house early the next morning. He showed up on time and was very professional. He did a great job at a very fair price. I would absolutely call Curtis again and would highly recommend him.

    Stake Plumbing answered my call without my having to leave a message and hope for a call back. They were able to fit me in fairly quickly and sent a text letting me know when they were on their way. They were able to determine what was causing my plumbing issues and fixed at a reasonable price. One of my issues may require excavating so they sent me a link to a reputable company who could take care of that end. I plan on calling Curtis at Stake Plumbing for any future plumbing issues.

    Over the past year I have called Stake Plumbing for a variety of needs.     Curtis at Stake Plumbing was amazing!We knew we needed to replace all our pipes for quite a while and didnt want to try to handle it ourselves. After looking into several different plumbers, Curtis stood out and was very highly recommended. Curtis came out to have a look and to do an estimate. He was polite, professional, and very informative. He replaced all of our old corroded copper pipes with Pex pipes. He also did some repairs to our water heater after finding a problem. We were very happy to have this done as to prevent worse damage later. He was happy to answer any of our questions and concerns and changed the project as needed as we went along.     LOOK NO FURTHER. We received prompt, thorough, and expert service from Stake Plumbing. We got in touch for help installing a new garbage disposal in our kitchen. They responded quickly and were able to get us on the schedule the next day. While they were here, we also asked them to look at the drain stopper in our bathroom, and they repaired that as well.     Awesome. Hire Stake Plumbing! Had work done on my furnace over the summer. As it got cold this fall I realized half of my radiators weren’t heating. I called several plumbers and struggled to even get a call back. Those that did said they had to come out and look. A friend referred me to Stake Plumbing. I called early on a Sunday morning and a couple of crazy things happened. First, Curt picked up the phone - on a Sunday morning. Second he asked a bunch of questions about the situation. Third, and the best part, while he said he could come out and look, he told me how I might be able to fix it. Turns out that the plumber who did the work over the summer never bled the air out of the system. An hour later, following Curt’s instructions, all radiators were bled and warm. Didn’t cost me anything and with my new found piece of mind I can enjoy the rest of the weekend. No, it certainly wasn’t a big deal but it’s how people respond to the little things that best display their character. If ever I need plumbing work done, Curt will be my first call.

    Im a first time home owner, and (knock on wood) I needed to make my first home repair that required a plumber. I called about 10 places. All of them were big companies charging and arm and a leg! I called stakes and it was just what I was looking for a small family owned business. They were here the next day, even though they said they originally said they might be too booked to come by this week. They still made it happen. Not only did he fix it really quick but he showed me exactly what the problem was and explained why. Also very reasonabley priced!!

    We were having a new counter installed and needed the hot and cold water valves replaced and disposal detached from the sink. One valve failed and the other started leaking at the stem. I called Sunday evening with a 10am counter rip out scheduled the next day. He said he would be there about 830am and he was. While replacing the old copper pipe and handwheel valves with Pex and new quarter turn valves, he noticed a small leak at one of the pipe supports. He made me aware of it and repaired it. Quick, quality, no nonsense work from a true tradesman. Thank you for the great work Curt! I will be calling you for any future needs and so should others.

    I have known Curt from Stake Plumbing of about 10 years. I recently had the opportunity to use his services. He installed a soak tub, rewired the lines in the basement, and going to the exterior faucet’s. He installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a leaking toilet, installed a new hot water tank and ran a gas line in the basement to the new heating system, the fireplace and the exterior for venting. I think the most impressive was the gas connections as it I do not think of this is a plumbing person job. We had to have the heating company, fireplace company, chimney lining installer and him all here at the same time. He was supervising their work and working well with them to get the job den and in a timely manner, especially since it was heating season and we were without any heat. He was on site until the job was done (until 9pm). His prices for the same “normal” plumbing jobs seems high but plumber generally are high. The cost for the gas piping seems very reasonable, especially given the length of tie he was here.
