We used Ion Electric for some work related to home heating, and installing an additional ceiling light. Phil from Ion arrived as scheduled, was on time, and was totally professional and very helpful in explaining what he was doing. It was a real pleasure doing business with Ion Electric, and we also had interaction with Sean who works there as well.Good tradesmen with specialized training such as electricians are at time hard to find. We will definitely use Ion Electric again when we next have a need for electrical work. They come highly recommended.

Chris was excellent to work with, very professional and knowledgeable. He returned our call quickly and came to our house to figure out why our new water tank would turn on. He came up with a two step plan to help diagnosis the problem. He had to replace the wiring from the breaker box to the outlet in our house. This was not easy! We now have hot water because of Chris. He was great and we would highly recommed him.

I called with a problem with our home wiring. After a number of professional renovations to the house some of the multi-switch sockets and lights didnt work the way they should have. Chris responded that afternoon and soon found the causes. Great work with courteous service.

After a fallen tree took out our power, I called Ion to see if they could fix it. I called first thing in the morning on New Years Eve, expecting to be added to the queue and thinking it would be many days before power was restored. Our power was back on by 3:00 that afternoon! Ion went way above and beyond what I expected of them. I cant recommend them highly enough!

Expensive, as most electricians are, but extremely thorough. They went above and beyond to get a high voltage electrical outlet working again for us. They did track mud all over our floors, but after we pointed it out, they politely started taking off their shoes when they came indoors.

I had a broken breaker, and Chris was able to come out quickly and got the job done. He assessed the problem in a matter of minutes, and replaced the broken breaker in just a few more. Very professional and expedient.

Id give them 10 stars if I could. Chris, Phil and the team were incredible to work with. I was ecstatic with how responsive they were to emails, texts and phone calls and were always willing to go the extra mile in their service for my family. Finally, the guys on site were incredibly professional, well spoken, respectful of my property, and walked me through exactly what they were doing so I understood. I would highly recommend Ion! Oh, and their work was perfect!!

Terrific consultation and verbal agreement to install under cabinet LED lights, and some more, however the installation was not really done per the agreement. I sent 3 emails to seek a resolution to this while I was out of town - no reply - months later with a phone call I did get the owner to take my concern seriously. He came over, then his team fixed the problems and no charge. A classy end to a troubling early process. Nice guys.
