Patrick came out and checked everything thoroughly. He let me know when he was on his way and sent a photograph so I would know who to let in. He even went under the house since there were several outlets not working. He found a few issues and he repaired all of them. He was very kind and understanding. I would highly recommend McNeer Electric and Patrick. You can’t go wrong in trusting them to handle the situation with grace and understanding while explaining as they go. I highly recommend McNeer and Patrick.

Very satisfied customer! Challenging job updating and relocating meter base, weatherhead, and breaker box on a 50+ year old house. Also added generator safety interlock, welder plug, and a couple new dedicated circuits. Was expecting in to take a couple days to complete, but they got everything done in one day even with my house resisting change the whole job. Definitely recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough about the extremely quick, professional, and quality service we always receive from McNeer. Most recently we had a roof leak that took out all electrical to my kitchen line at our restaurant and McNeer responded immediately and got us back up and running. The two technicians were prompt, professional & very helpful. I had 3 issues & 1 which needed tile removal. The technician did not want to make the modifications in fear of doing damage. He gave me recommendations and that was appreciative because some technicians would just go in make the modifications, possibly make damage and worry about the verifications later! I would highly recommend this company.

A neighbors tree fell on my property! I was frazzled! Not only did McNeer calm my nerves and helped me understand everything happening, they also worked relentlessly to ensure I got power back on as quick as they could. Markus was our initial technician, he was amazing, kind, patient, and quite funny 🤣. Tanner worked his butt off ensuring he got my panel box re hooked up. Dane the owner/manager (I think 🤔) was a god send! He explained everything and worked with me as I was still trying to process and understand. He also was very patient and understanding himself! I am very pleased with the outcome of my appointment with McNeer Electrical Contractors this morning. My assigned techs were Mr. Jamie & Mr. Klay. They were prompt, neatly dressed in uniforms/badges, courteous, & knowledgeable. Both were willing to explain the job to me in terms that I could understand then executed the task which was smoke & carbon monoxide alarm replacement, electrical panel assessment &a check of my plugs( which found randomly that my guest bathroom plug needed replacing). They were neat & cleaned up in each room as they went along which I appreciated. I will be using this company again & referring friends in need of an electrician!

Markus came to fix an electrical socket for my washing machine. I had to run an extension cord to another socket to wash my clothes. He tested the socket and it was just fine. I was embarrassed and ensured them it wasnt working. They were so kind and polite and said these things happens sometimes. Im leaving a review to say this because I am a single woman. There are many times some people will take advantage of single women and this was not the case. They were professionals, courtesy, and honest. Im glad I chosed Mcneer.

Now before anything is said I am selling the house they were doing the work on and had to have a electrician replace these bolts instead of me. Which I could have done otherwise. I’m floored by the exceptional customer service I received from McNeer Electrical Contracting. From the moment David called to let me know he would be there shortly, I knew this was going to be five star service I haven’t experienced in a very long time. To be honest, I was in the car taking my children to school when he called and was on speaker phone. The moment I hung up, I looked at my 13 year old and said “wow, that’s probably the nicest guy I’ve ever spoken to!” She agreed. The five star service didn’t just end in a phone call, but got even better when they arrived. David took the time to explain everything to me, what it would cost and what he was going to do to fix the problem... in detail. There wasn’t a moment where I felt rushed in deciding what option would be best. Trevor came into my home, not before putting shoe protectors on which I thought was fabulous, and couldn’t have been more polite and efficient. They both did an amazing job and even put back all the things they had to move in order to get to the breaker. It was so apparent that this is a company who treats their employees like family and in turn, their employees treat their customers the same. I will forever be a loyal customer.

Mr. Wesley Dennis came to perform an annual inspection of my home. He was polite, professional and quite respectful for such a young man. He located an electrical problem with a few breakers in my breaker box. He replaced three tandem breakers. I was very thankful as this was possible fire hazard. He also, performed a thorough inspection. He also gave advice for an overload box (not sure this is the correct name). This item will protect my home. I will be looking into that in the future. First I wanted to say this is my first review I wrote online and I am happy to do so for this amazing company. They are wonderful!! Another company was unable to work on our electrical cable and I called McNeer Electric at 11 am in desperate need of a repair for that day because we been without A/C for almost 2 days! I have a newborn and a toddler at home who did not do well the night before and I was hoping to find a solution. I spoke with Melinda (who is also fantastic) and she was able to pull some strings to get me on the schedule. Patrick, the technician, was on time, very professional, and had a smile on his face despite the 95 deg weather he was working in. He updated me throughout the day and at the end of everything the electrical lines were fixed. A bonus was that he was able to tell me that AT&T was at fault for the tampered lines and they should be able to refund me! They are a great company from the front office to the field work. I felt safe and at ease and would recommend them to everyone! Thanks to all who helped me and my little family have a good nights rest. =)

Good local electrical contractors are hard to find. We had a good contractor for over 10 years but when they grew and got too big, they stopped responding to our calls or did not want to come out for a small job. I found these guys on YELP and I just wish we had them from the beginning., They dont work by the hour but by the job and are clear about their pricing structure. My wife ( who is difficult to please) was amazed at their professionalism and their responsiveness. They are a keeper!

I wish my plumber had one of those.

You don’t know how much you need your electricity until your underground service goes out. I didn’t even realize it could go out until the Swepco guy said to contact an electrician. The guy came out and gave us an estimate and explained what would happen and by the dinner time the next day we were back on line. The guys were so professional and considering they had to dig all across the back yard to get to our meter it was quite a project.
