    This was a great experience! They were very easy to get along with and definitely customer service friendly. I had cannister lights installed outside of my house. Day of install, while theyre working I call to see if they can also put a timer on the lights and program it. They did it promptly. I will definitely be working with them in future.

    Had contacted several electricians prior to KB attempting to get an automatic transfer switch installed for generator power- no joy with any of them. Within 20 minutes of contacting KB Electric there was a tech at my house, 10 minutes after that the job was finished! You will not beat the customer service and professionalism exhibited by KB Electric; theyre the only company I will be doing business with from now on!

    I tried to change 3 3 way switches in my living room and decided to organize and take apart all the wires without properly marking them and created a mess.Called KB electric yesterday Tuesday 8 in the afternoon and today at 0900 they had to amazing technicians show up to my house Clint Parsons and Joe.This two guys were not only experience but also friendly and profesional. In no time they not only fixed my error but were kindly enough to install my new switches and cover plates. I will recommend KB electrics any time and will most likely request this 2 gentleman for my future projects that Im unable to fix.

    I’ve used KB Electric twice now and I’ve been impressed both times. This time, we needed an outlet installed. Patrick and Alex were very professional and completed the installation very quickly!     I had the add 2 240V 30 amp plugs, add 2 30 amp breakers and a 50 amp breaker for an EV charger. When I first called they knew exactly what to ask me to make sure that they understood what I needed to get done. Mike and Patrick were the two electricians that came out to the do the work. They arrived on time and ready to work. After showing them around they suggested a different idea then what I wanted and now after the fact there idea was better than what I wanted so im glade they suggested it and I went with it. As you can see from the pictures the outlets turned out great and work as intended, and the charger as well. They also labeled the breaker box so that I would know what breakers went where. The price was very reasonable and ended up being less than the estimate. So I plan on using them if I need any other electrical work done.

    I have used KB Electric for about a year now for various electrical needs around my house and partners business. They are always very responsive and quick to come out for quotes, answer questions, and very quick to come back out to perform the job. Most recently I had the pleasure to have Pat and Cody installing floodlights and photo sensor at my partners business. They were very efficient and clear with any issues that arose.     Office Staff as well as Field Technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. K&B electric made a couple of attempts to move my appointment up a couple of days unfortunately I was unable to accommodate them, however they did change my appointment time to first thing this morning and resolved my issue in a timely professional manner! Only thing I can say was I was told I would be receiving a phone call prior to Technician arriving which I did not receive but Technician did show up promptly at the designated time. Only recommendation I would have would be possibly extending office hours to afford K&B Electric more business opportunities. I would highly recommend K&B Electric for all your electrical needs.

    KB Electric, particularly Brandon and Patrick, were very professional and thorough in helping us finish the electrical and plumbing needs to put a Generac home standby generator online. They gave us a time and materials option, per our request, which was very fair and accurate.In addition to that, they endured a weather storm that stopped he exterior work on the day it could have been finished, patiently waited for a misunderstanding between the Owners Rep and the AHJ concerning actual code requirements (which required a couple weekas to resolve), and immediately finished the project once the AHJ gave final approval via an inspection.They were friendly, kind, fair, professional, and a joy with which to work. What more could I say in their behalf? Im grateful for using KB Electric and recommend them highly. Being a retired building code official, I recognize good work when I see it; I saw it in our case.     Pat and Peyton arrived on time, did great work, quickly and cleaned up well after themselves. Price came in lower than I expected and quite reasonable. I would note that you cant pay with a card at time of service which is slightly inconvenient in todays times but still highly recommend.

    KB was recommended by our plumber when water heater electric went out - they responded the same morning and I could tell by their work then that this was the outfit to use for a complete rebuild for our camp house in the country where the system was obsolete. They took care of everything and had the manpower and expertise to knock it out in two days. They also adjusted some old repairs that weren’t up to snuff, and now all systems are go! They stayed in touch during the job - could not be happier.

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND!During the recent wind damage that swept through my area, I sustained damage to my weather head mast. I was concerned with quickly finding a good contractor given the damage through out the city. I called KB, and they responded as promised. I was very impressed with them coming back and so promptly. They had my meter base and weather head mast repaired and ready for electrical power days before the power lines were repaired in my area. You wont be disappointed with this company!!!

    I highly recommend KB Electric! We had an an electrical emergency on a Friday night and they were willing to come out that night. But they gave us recommendations (that we felt comfortable with) on how to shut off breakers for us to be able to wait until the next morning. They arrived promptly and tightened the loose wires that needed tightening and gave a strong recommendation on upgrading our very old panel.     The electricians who came to repair my lights and fix a couple of switches were very personable. Quite happy with workmanship and it only took 2 days to get an appointment.This was the second time I’ve used an electrician in the SBC area. The last one I used did not double check their work and left half of the circuit breakers off. Will use KB for future electrical needs.

    I called KB Electric to help resolve problems that had been created by another company. Admittedly, the house is old and has some really strange wiring. The other company came to move the light fixture to a different location in the room, but when they left, I had no power in two other rooms. They promised to call and come back but didnt. When I called KB Electric, I expected to have a couple of days wait, but they were here three hours after my phone call. The issue was complicated, so they sent four additional guys and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes of the team arriving and working together. When I received the bill, I was expecting at least as much as the other company charged, but it wasnt even half as much. I am thankful for KB Electric helping me to feel safe in this old house. I will be using them for all of my future electrical needs.

    Thankful for their timely response in such a tough situation. My grandmothers utility pole was knocked down by the storm. I called them on a Thursday, they were there on Friday morning. The workers were very kind and went above and beyond to set up the pole in spite of challenges that they faced with not being able to get to the back of the yard where the pole was located. All in all, my grandmothers lights were restored same day because of their quick response and effectiveness in this situation!

    We had to call KB Electric, LLC on Sunday 25.Oct.2021. Our meter box had burned up and needed to be replaced. And we were not aware that the electric panel also had to be relocated outside, according to code. Patrick and Pat came to our home to do the work. They were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly to get the problem resolved. They answered any questions I had and made sure that I understood. Of course I was upset at what happened so I was a little out of it and they were very considerate. They came this morning to mark the panel and to make sure everything was connected correctly. They were so quick I did not even know they were there until my husband told me. I would highly recommend that if anyone needs any type of electrical repair or work done that you call KB Electrick, LLC and ask for Patrick and Pat. They together are a great Team!!!!!

    I began looking at the BBB website for electricians. I contacted 3 businesses. KB was the first and only company to reply. I am so glad I went with them. My old ceiling fan died and needed to be removed plus assemble (motor, blades, and light kit), and hang the new fan. Patrick and Jeremy arrived and set about getting the job done. They were both courteous, professional, friendly, and knowlegeable. They seemed to go the extra mile making sure everything was centered perfectly and that I was pleased. They took the old fan and debris (boxes/Styrofoam/packaging away for me. If I need an electrician in the future, I will definitely call KB Electric again. Totally satisfied!

    Upon contacting Mr. Brandon Underwood of K and B Electrical services in Haughton, La; Mr. Underwood visited my property to review my electrical needs/issues, I was impressed. He began to take notes, offer advice, as well as suggestions. First, I expected an Electrician (1) to show up to begin a review and update of my systems along with taken several days to complete. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Mr. Underwood not only briefed, but sent a well prepared “Team” to my location that immediately began to attack my electrical issues, needs, and remodel update. Not only did they work in unison, were friendly, but tackled the project collectively completing the project quickly, accurately, and to my exact specifications and desires. Their work is “second to none” and I highly recommend utilizing their services. The work was absolutely Outstanding! The additional accent/security lighting is terrific, provides coverage as I requested, and enhances the remodeling of the house. I normally don’t give referrals or praise, but, their service certainly warrants such action. As long as K and B Electrical Services are in business, they’ll have my business. Highly Recommend!!

    We hired KB Electric to update our fuse box and breaker panel. We have an old home that is in-need of lots of electrical updating, and they were able to come out to our house in Shreveport to give us a total quote for all of our wanted projects. They gave us an idea of what things would be a priority and advised us to get those things done first to make the house safe. Their work was done with high quality, their employees were very professional and they got the first job done in a day. They communicated with us and left us feeling secure.     Due to a freak mishap, I did not have electricity on one side of my entire house. We had extension cords running the power in each of the three rooms effected, NOT SAFE! After the pandemic I tried to find someone to come and fix it so that I could operate my business from the back bedroom, but no one that I called had the time to come and fix it. Finally, I called KB Electric and they were wonderful and professional, but even better than that they got to me within a week. They were able to find the problem and fix it in an hour and now I have lights, plugs, and ceiling fans again with no fear of setting the neighborhood on fire! That is always a plus in my book! I would def recommend them anyone who needs an electrical company. I will not be using anyone else from this point forward. Thank you all!!!!

    My house was built in 1952 and that was probably the last time anyone did any electrical work on it! I was experiencing some power issues in my kitchen and received a recommendation for KB Electric. Brandon was very communicative and accommodating when scheduling the initial visit. Jeremy completed the job in less time and at a lower cost than estimated. I will DEFINITELY use them in the future as needed!

    KB Electric has been fantastic to work with. They really go above and beyond. My wife and I had them rewire our entire house (nearly 4,000 sq feet) so there really is no job too big for them. They were very competive on pricing and helped make it possible for the required work to be done so that we could move in on a short time frame.Jeremy was the lead on our job and I cant tell you how easy he is to work with. He will literally answer his phone night or day to answer your questions and make sure he is doing what you want and need from him.     I had a tree fall in my backyard and it ripped out all my power lines and a lot of work had to be done and Swepco only does so much and they told me I had to call a Electrician so called KB they came right out and got the job done and the price was reasonable compared to other electricians. They got my electric back on fast I was without lights since 3 am that morning and have a 5 year old and a 8 year old so I was very happy that they came out fast and got my lights on.

    I lost power and a few circuit breakers in the storm on 24 Sep 23. I called the power company & KB Electric on the morning of the 26th. KB said they needed to electric to be restored before they could do their part. The power company took care of their part (replacing the transformer) on the 25th but didnt finish up till around 6pm. Since I had AC I waited till the 26th to call KB and they were able to work me in. The guys who showed up were professional and inspected the box and replaced the breakers as needed. I will be using them again for a panel upgrade w/surge protector in the very near future!
