    I recently had an issue in my home and was fortunate enough to have Vincent assist me. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish. He was courteous, and took the time to listen to my concerns. His knowledge and expertise were evident as he quickly identified the source of the leak and remotely helped me solve the problem.I highly recommend AEO Plumbing and heating to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled plumber. He truly went above and beyond. This was our 2nd time requesting help and they were super reliable.

    Vince installed a whole house non-salt filtration system to replaced the ten years old Waterboss system. It’s been 6 months and we are very happy with the results. The best part is no need to buy salt.

    My toddler flushed a toy down the toilet and after many hours of us trying to get it out on our own we decided to call AEO. Vince and Dino came as fast as they could and took the toilet off, only to find the toy (a hard plastic egg) had become a perfect sized plug deep inside the toilet. Vince is a strong dude but not even he could force that toy out with the metal snake. I thought we were going to have to buy a new toilet, which was a huge bummer. Vince kept on trying though, he finally got the toy just barely visible and took the toilet outside and had the genius idea of using a blow torch to heat a rod and melt a small hole in the toy, cooled the rod down, then inserted the rod back into the toy for a clutch retrieval. It was awesome. Even after all that effort and time his price was still very reasonable. He was also really nice and professional which is always a plus. So happy I dont have to buy a new toilet, which I think I would have if Id called another plumber to come!Thanks again Vince, if I ever have any other plumbing issues I know who to call!     I have recently hired Vince (AEO Plumbing) to help with 2 small jobs (whole house filtration install and a vent issue). He gave accurate estimates for both requests, performed the task quickly, cleaned up after the jobs, and gave me great insight on other plumbing watch outs. I would use his services again.

    A friend gave me a glowing referral for Vince so I figured I would call him to see how accurate my friend was. Vince & AEO Plumbing & Heating has been all of that and more. I’ve needed AEO for a boiler/radiator issue and a toilet replacement job. Vince was there promptly. He was thorough, informative and explained what/how he was doing things every step of the way I highly recommend him for all aspects of heating & plumbing. Pricing? I’ve never met a more reasonable business man - in ANY business! Vince is truly a diamond in the rough. This is your guy!

    We had a leak in our shower drain that needed to be fixed asap. We found AEO Plumbing (Vince) was highly-rated on Google and gave him a call. Although he already had 2 jobs that day, he said he would come by later in the afternoon and he did. He and his helper were able to fix the leak right away. The next day there was another leak when we took a shower. We called Vince and he came right over even during the snowstorm. He fixed the problem in about 2 minutes. Not only is he very good at his work, he is also honest, reliable and reasonably priced... plus he is a very nice person. We would highly recommend him for any plumbing issue.

    Vince at AEO Plumbing is an expert plumber who is comfortable with all kinds of requests including modern new plumbing demands. He installed our Aquasauana Whole House water filtration system and was amazing to work with. Totally informative, professional and helpful. I struggled finding a plumber who would install or were comfortable with sourcing and installing Water filtration systems but Vince was amazing. I highly recommend seeking out AEO for sourcing and Installing water systems. Our Aquasauana water tastes like Fiji water out of every tap!

    Vince and his team are thorough and effective. Vince takes the time to explain the issue and the options, enabling me to make informed decisions.Recently, Vince diagnosed the root cause of radiator leaks in my home to be a bad boiler installation. This wound up saving me THOUSANDS of dollars as the oil company sent a representative to inspect the issues Vince had called out, agreed with Vince’s assessment, and completely redid a large section of the installation at no charge.Vince has become my go-to guy for all things plumbing. He is honest, responsive, and does the job right. You couldn’t ask for a better plumber!

Vinnie is one of the few plumbers and contractors I have worked with who actually shows up on time - every time. That cannot be overrated. Furthermore, Vinnie is practical, detail-oriented and does not try to over-sell. We started giving Vinnie a small project, and felt comfortable enlisting him to re-do the plumbing in our basement; his work is excellent. I look forward to working with Vinnie again.

    Vinnie is very reliable and knowledgable. He is so patient and takes the time to explain everything in full detail. His response time is awesome.**UPDATE**My bathroom is complete and Vinnie went above and beyond with this job. Everything was done on time and he even came out on the weekend when I thought I had an issue that turned out to be clueless homeowners.My job was a new build bathroom from the framing up. Vinnie helped with the design and was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction for supplies.

    Called AEO plumbing several times...no complaints! Vinnie, the owner, came out and looked at the job very quickly and quoted me a fair price. The job was completed and Ive had no issues since. I also used him at my business in a much bigger plumbing and sewer job and again all expectations were met. If you are in need of a plumber call this guy, local business serving the community and doing a great job.

    Called Vin about a leaking shower drain. He showed up the same day. He replaced my shower drain and did a nice clean job. Few weeks later, had a problem with a leaking toilet, again Vin showed up promptly and fixed the problem. Vin is professional and extremely reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again for future plumbing.

    These days hiring anyone to come into your home can be a nerve racking experience. You just never know what to expect and unfortunately integrity is not as popular as it used to be.I was having issues with my boiler and my heat has not been working. I called AEO and spoke to Vinny. He arrived that same morning and his demeanor immediately gave a sense of comfort. He not only fixed my boiler but he explained everything he did in detail, also taught me some maintenance tips I can do on my own to save money in the future. All around stand up guy and if you are looking for service that is second to none I highly recommended.

    Had an issue with my plumbing in my bathroom and Vinny came out to check on it. He had it fixed with in an hour well enough in time for our party that evening. Vinny did a fantastic job and next issue, God forbid, I will definitely be calling on him again to fix any issues. I highly recommend the company for any peoblems, quick, polite and helpful.

    Had a bunch of problems...sewer gas, plus a sink back up problem. Vince is a great diagnostician. Be prepared for thoughtful, thorough questions instead of a shoot-from-the-hip immediate I know what you need approach. And boy, are you going to be happy. We are!
