Today we had Ed come to do some repairs. There aren’t enough words to describe him. He is probably one of the most delightful plumbers/ technicians we have ever met. Not to mention his brilliance. Explained everything perfectly. Please take good care of this man…..he deserves a big raise. I hope they are aware of his worth.

I HIGHLY recommend General Air and Plumbing! A few years ago I was in need of both AC and plumbing repairs at the same time, and saw their truck on the road and decided to give them a try. I am so happy I did! We were lucky to have Ed V as our technician, and he went over and above and was extremely friendly and professional. Since that first visit which included a pipe leak repair and AC leak repair, we have had annual AC maintenance, two water heaters installed, and a new sink/disposal installation. We always request Ed as our technician and the quality of his work is STELLAR. The staff at General Air and Plumbing is always so friendly on the phone, and they are genuinely concerned for their clients. Wait time for a technician is always reasonable for non emergency requests, and pricing is VERY fair; money well spent for quality work and professional service. Thank you to Ed and General Air and Plumbing for continuously doing such a wonderful job for us!

I was in a pickle on Friday when I was told by house guests that there wasnt hot water (only warm) in the bathroom shower. We had hot water everywhere else in the house was receiving hot water so I knew it had to be the handle. I tried to repair it myself but like most people, I am not skilled to fix plumbing!! Leave it to the professionals my husband said, but I wouldnt listen. So after creating a very bad water situation in the tub, I reached out to General Air & Plumbing. They had someone at our house in an hour. The service person, Ed, called when he was on his way to give us his ETA. He was professional, knowledgeable, and polite.I would highly recommend them for all your air and plumbing needs. They have been added to our preferred list of contractors.Thanks to them for seeing my urgency and making fixing it quickly.

We had General Air & Plumbing install a new a/c unit in our house before we moved in back in Nov. 2017. I cant recommend them highly enough. The price was competitive, they were prompt, courteous, and took good care of us as customers. Fast forward to todays service call from Gus. We discovered a leak in our garage the other day and thought it was from the a/c drain line that goes from the garage to the outside. Gus arrived early and was extremely helpful and courteous in helping me troubleshoot where the leak was and what steps needed to be done next. He got up in the attic and determined the a/c lines were fine, but found the area of the leaky pipe. He went above and beyond helping me try to identify the leak prior to the plumber arriving. He asked my permission to open up the drywall, which I knew we had to do, and helped direct the plumber to the area of the leak when he arrived. Gus even went as far as videoing what was up in the attic to show my where the leak was occurring and how he knew it wasnt the a/c line, saving me from having to get up there.Gus then took care of the first of our 2 free maintenance calls that come with the first year after installation. We have an unusual air filter in an odd size, up in the cathedral ceiling. He measured the opening for me and gave me clear directions and a recommendation of who could help order the special size filters I needed. Very happy with the service thats been provided by General Air & Plumbing in our first 2 encounters with them. Highly recommend using this company for a/c needs.

Today was our first time using this company for general AC check. Our service tech Ed called 30 minutes ahead and arrived at the beginning of our service time window. He was extremely well mannered and got right down to business. He filled me in on the details, did NOT try to oversell me, and charged me what I was quoted (always great!). He also cleaned everything up and made sure I understood our AC system. He even gave me a paintbrush trick for changing filters!!! I’m looking forward to seeing Ed in the fall for the 6th month check!

We use General Air and Plumbing for AC and Plumbing service contract. Ive use them for 9 years now and in two different residences. Have always found them to be timely for service calls, reasonably priced and providers of high quality service. Technicians are professional and helpful. Recently had a problem with the thermostat not going on. They responded to my call within the same day. Technician (Ed) found the problem quickly. He also provided the semi-annual service check and maintenance and addressed a couple small issues for me with no questions asked, just good performance. Ed was knowledgeable, personable, and provided excellent service.

This company has been good to me for 24 years. They are almost always within the time window, they call when on the way. Guys are polite and professional. Work is good. Prices are good. I have used their plumbing services too and happy with that also. They dont try and sell you a new system every time they show up. I dont bother to call anyone else

Talked to Bill the owner for replacing my 16yr old existing A/Cs Compressor and Air Handler, after having a total failure of the compressor. The next day he sent out Adolfo and Jesus, who were great to work with and for being very knowledgeable and efficient. Couldnt ask for a better experience and the price was well within boundaries and came with an excellent warranty as well.

Continuously providing great service. My first issue was on a Saturday morning, the guy was at my door within 30 minutes and the problem was solved less than an hour later. Ac went out on Friday night . Called general air n tech out in approx 1 hr. Couldn’t diagnose completely due to unit completely frozen up. CHRIS called Saturday morning n told me he was sure what it was n would show up Monday morning with parts.. Chris showed up with parts early Monday morn at 8 am, installed part n had me back in business in half an hour plus gave me a discount for my troubles. They have been doing my AC maintenance for 2 years in Bonita National. Nothing but good things to say. Something happened a year ago when they left my AC shut off, however they came back free of charge and got it working again.They have always been on time. Communication via email is much easier for me, and they reply quickly. No BS, no upselling. In and out, and one of them was nice enough to leave me a small bottle of AC drain cleaner to pour in during my filter changes. This helps get rid of the bacteria that clogs the pipes.Recommended for sure.
