    We arrived at our vacation home in Naples, Florida on Friday night. We found only partial lighting in the condo. The living room, kitchen, and half of the master bedroom were completely dark. We urgently called Volts Electrical. The electrician arrived within 30 minutes. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away. The service was outstanding. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

    Volt electric did a wonderful job. Their employees are very courteous very professional and very good at what they do. Their price is very fair and competitive. They arrive on time they call you when they are driving towards your location and they clean up after themselves. I give them a 10 star rating and would highly recommend them to anyone. Tom Minnick.

    Volts came through for us in a pinch! They were able to come out on a Sunday morning and replace two faulty breakers. Danny was the technician and he truly saved the day. Excellent communication and service!! Highly recommend!

    We had a good experience with Volts. The technicians arrived right on time. There was a slight glitch within their communication on what needed to be done, but it was all resolved within 10 minutes. It was a tough project and one of the technicians was here for over 10 hours, the other in and out. Both technicians were pleasant and friendly, which is appreciated. The job itself was scheduled in less that a week from our call and the pricing was fair. I was concerned the price may go up because of the difficulty and long hours, but they stuck to their estimate, and again, all is appreciated! We are happy to be up to code. Thank you all!

    They were a little slow getting started and assigned switches in a strange order but its all there and done except bed fixture which we still dont have. They were clean and not messy.

    Called them to come out to my place of business in Naples to have a T-connector replaced. They sent two younger guys that didnt seem to me like they were seasoned in electrical work or English . After charging me $450 they left and 3 days later my lights dont work again. I called and spoke to a woman three times to ask for a satisfactory resolution to my issue... She told me the supervisor would be handling it. I called again. Nothing. Not only are they not helpful, I have given them two weeks to get in touch with me to correct the problem. I had another company come out and fix the same issue with another section of lighting and they charged me less than half... Only $161 to fix my problem. I dont like writing negative reviews, but when you take $450 and dont fix the problem after you tell me its fixed is wrong.update: The company called me and scheduled to have someone come out and fix the issue. They arrived on time and quickly addressed the problem and corrected it. Thank you for following up and getting this resolved.updated to 4 stars.

    The two guys, I’ll call them kids were great. They arrived early, before 8AM, went right to work, did a great job, cleaned up and gone with in 2 & 1/2 hours. Language barrier, but quickly over with google translate and one of the kids spoke some English.Definitely us Voltz again.

    Juan did an outstanding job! He arrived 2 minutes prior to the appointment window, was very polite and helpful, and fixed the problem. Quality service with a friendly face! Win-win.UPDATE! Alex came back when our problem resurfaced. He contacted me in advance to tell me when he was 10 minutes out and then arrived at the front end of the time window. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and explained what he was doing and what may have to occur if the problem continues… all-in-all a great experience! Highly recommend!!

    They did excellent work, but tried to charge more than the estimate. Estimate was for a outside 100 AMP cable and panel.Claimed that they were going thru the attic, which does not exist.Tried to charge an extra $400 for conduit, which was always required. Finally settled on a reasonable payment.

    The light fixtures under and over the kitchen cabinets needed to be replaced. Now no more buzzing, no more different shades of light, no more having to turn the lights out after 30 minutes! Two additional lights were installed in the ceiling of the lanai. Danny and his assistant did a great job installing LED lights in both places. They cleaned up very well after themselves. Everything was beautifully done.There was one problem, but that was my fault. I forgot to get an estimate before the work was started. So the final price was a bit higher than I thought it would be. My advice: always get an estimate to avoid this problem!Thanks Danny, a job very well done!

    We had lost all electrical in our living room, and one circuit breaker kept flipping. Marco and Nelson arrived and determine that it was not the circuit breaker that was at fault but a short and connections between two ceiling fans that were connected in parallel. They ran new wiring between the ceiling fans and solve the problem. We are very pleased at the service of volts electric, and the problem-solving of Marco and Nelson.
