While vacationing in Florida my new Travel Trailer slide broke. Called several RV repair services randomly in a panic, since it was late on a friday and we would soon need to get on the road. Only Premier RV answered the phone. Anthony squeezed us in for the next morning to evaluate our problem. Excellent technical knowledge, very professional service, and reasonable cost. Premier RV is now my goto service when Im in SW Florida. I trust them more than my RV dealer back home.

Anthony came out to our parked RV to look at our AC unit. This is a brand new 2022 38 foot Thor, that we had owned for 38 days, 32 of which had been spent in Camping World for a minor AC leak and a cup holder. We were not going to give them this coach again! Anthony assessed the issue, ordered the AC unit that failed, and even helped us with the warranty filing. He came back and installed the AC unit, but that’s not all! He hooked up our DVD player and answered every question we had. If you have an issue, call Anthony!
