I called Pure Plumbing because they were a certified dealer for a tankless water heater I wanted. Ken responded quickly and came out to survey the area and provided a quote. All his reviews were positive and his was the best price. He was able to come out a couple of weeks later and did the job spectacularly!Not only is he a professional, he is personable and easily explained to my untrain ears what he was doing. Previously, it took a long time to get hot water to our kitchen, but with the recirculating function of the heater, it is now almost instant! Thanks to him we are getting great hot water throughout the house.A job well done! Will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs!

Ken recently installed a Navien instant water heater in my home. It was an emergency replacement if a worn out Navien system. Ken’s speed, responsiveness, professionalism, and union trained expertise were top notch all the way. He even suggested adding a hot water return system that enables us to have hot water at the tap in seconds. All for a price that was very competitive versus some of the “big” shops. I’ve already recommended him to several friends in the area and will do so in a heartbeat when the need arises.

I also would recommend Pure Plumbing in a heartbeat to anyone!! Ken has come out to our house twice now. A while ago to repair the clogged kitchen sink. Today to repair our upstairs toilet and sink!! Ken always shows up on time, he is reasonably priced, neat, reliable, and honest. Ken does such a GREAT job!!

I had a kitchen sink clogged that I couldnt repair myself. Pure Plumbing was able to arrive the same day and replace a section of pipe in the basement. Their work was clean and efficient, while pleasant to deal with. I would definitely call on this company again for service.

Ken and his team were fantastic. They were able to stop by the same day I called to view our problem and give us a quote to repair it. They were back the next morning, and quickly, efficiently and very professionally fixed our plumbing issue. Id recommend Pure Plumbing in a heartbeat to anyone who needs a plumber!
