We contracted with a Florida builder to purchase a home that was nearly completely re-done. We lived 1500miles away and had limited to time supervise. We contracted Dana Swanson to supervise and facilitate the remaining construction and serve as an interior decorator to help design, purchase, facilitate delivery, and place each and all of the furnishings and needed home goods. We were frustrated with the builder who was not delivering on quality and choices of materials, which resulted in our dismissing him and requested Dana finish all necessary installations including an outdoor kitchen. She was incredibly reliable and did as much as possible despite the delays of everything related to COVID pandemic effect on manufacturing, delivery, and installations. We felt we got our monies worth, and she will continue with the relationship.
