We built our custom house with Kendrick construction in Bluffton, SC and it was nothing short of of amazing. The communication was awesome, the build quality was top notch, and the overall experience was a lot of fun! I learned so much about the difference of a custom home compared to a track type builder. Now when I’m driving around the Hilton Head area, I can always spot a quality custom home.We felt like Mark, the owner, really took the time to listen to what we wanted in a home. When he presented us with a floor plan, we were hooked! It was perfect. Six months into the home now and we still get excited every day we come home. Thank you Kendrick Construction!

Kendrick Construction built our home in Hampton Lake in Bluffton, SC in 2021. Im going to keep this simple and to the point: the staff, build team and ownership is bar none the best in the business. We have all heard horror stories from others about experiences theyve had, especially in this climate. Ours was nothing like that. They strive to be the absolute best - and it shows. Mark and his team have the utmost integrity and they truly want your home to be exactly what you want and they will not rest until you are happy. You can take that to the bank. 10/10
