This team went far and above to respond to my issues with my air conditioning not working up to par. They tested every potential issue and ultimately, after all options had been exhausted it was determined that I needed a new unit. They were able to get me quotes with multiple options and answered all of my questions prior to me making a decision. Im very big on asking the question of what would you do if this was your house? The thing I liked best, was Matt told me that he would rather me ask any and all questions about the options provided, so I felt comfortable with what would ultimately be my decision. I respect that very much because Ive asked that before and have always been directed to the more expensive option. After I asked every question I could think of, I ended up going with the less expensive option because the difference in my situation didnt have the need for the more expensive option. I would and will recommend PS Property Solutions to anyone I know that they can solve their problems.

Theyre knowledgeable and make recommendations for the long term.Best part is theyre very responsive and will follow up as well as follow through. PS Property services has yet again exceeded all expectations! I had a tree fall on my house and rip the power line and meter box off of my house. PS came out the very next morning to inspect and get us quotes so we can get our power back ASAP! Once my insurance approved, they did all the hard stuff like scheduling with the city planner as well as our power company to get us back on line in expedited fashion! Their Master Electrician and team were out and completed what seemed to be 2 days of work in one 13 hour day in order to get our power back for us ASAP! I have and will continue to highly recommend PS Property Services to all of my friends who need ANY work done on their property!

My furnace wouldnt kick on during our cold spell. I hired someone for a day out, but cancelled because Property Services could come faster. They came in the middle of the window offered. While i was initially terrified at the prospect of having to get a new furnace, i recognize that the gentlemen were just being honest at what was worst case given the circumstances. I ended up getting my furnace repaired pretty quickly, and learned in the process. I really appreciate their transparency and communication and will likely hire them for future home repair. I would recommend their services to friends, after having them recommended by another friend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company, the owners and the employees. Last year they came to my rescue by referral when my Nest thermostat quit working and then simultaneously my furnace decided it had enough too! It was during the bitter cold days in March.They were quick to respond help me replace my a temporary thermostat until I could get the Ecobee and I had a new furnace within 24 hours. They answered any questions I had. I have already had them return for the annual this season.They offer a variety of services beyond HVAC including contacting for remodeling or repairs. I appreciate the values and integrity to only provide what is necessary. They are not in business to scam over sell individuals what they do not need. They are my go to for anything I need done in my home or if I need a referral for a service.Support local businesses who are here to help people who need it!

My heat went out back in January on one of the coldest days of the year. One of the major heating companies in the area sent someone out who misdiagnosed the problem and then couldnt tell me when the part would come in to fix it. PS came out the same day and got my heater back up and running temporarily. Based on what was wrong, I ended up using PS to replace my entire heating/cooling system. They were professional, quick, easy to work with, reasonably priced and did a great job. Would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Highly recommend. We were having a lot of issues with our AC this past summer so we decided to replace our HVAC system. We had called 4 companies for quotes. PS Property Services was the only company that treated us like people and not just another check. They were able to come out the morning after we called to assess our needs and we had our quote that afternoon. They were also able to get our units ordered and installed before we left for vacation, which was only 4 days from the day they came out for our quote. We had a few questions about our units after the install and when we reached out, they responded to our messages quickly.
