Upon contacting a local plumber, they questioned if we had used their services before. Since we hadnt, we were informed wed have to wait a week and a half for them to address our active leak. We then tried to reach out to another popular plumbing service. Once again, we were asked if we had used them before and told to look for a larger company who could come out sooner than a week for an emergency repair! At this point, we decided to call Blackwood Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing and were pleasantly surprised by their immediate response. They didnt care if we were first-time customers; they were more concerned about addressing our problem promptly. Edwin was the one who attended to us. He was extremely courteous and well-informed. When my husband explained the problem over the phone, Edwin quickly grasped the issue. They were at our doorstep the very next day as promised. The leak was fixed, new on/off and temperature controls installed, along with new pipes. Everything is working perfectly now. Edwin was not only efficient but also very respectful. The price quoted was reasonable as well. We cannot recommend Blackwood Rapid Neighborhood Plumbing highly enough!
