Late night Sewer Main Drain Pipe clogged with water coming into my home. I called 3 other reputable companies who promote 24/7 service to the cherry hill area, but only 1 of the companies were people of their advertisement. The customer service was incredible. When I called I didn’t get an automated system. It was after 9pm, and I just assumed that it was going to be a nightmare getting someone to come out in an emergency and it was going to cost me an arm and leg. THANK GOD for Moustafa and 24 Hour Drain & Sewer line cleaning. He picked up the phone and said he would do the work. He didn’t mention a $95 fee because it was an emergency. He got there even 15 minutes before his scheduled arrival. He was extremely polite and showed me the problem. He even took time to explain to me how to avoid the problem and what to do for preventative maintenance. He ended up running a camera down my main line and ended up snaking the pipe due to tree roots that were in the pipe. He was an honest and knowledgeable guy. He even helped me to move water out of my basement. He didn’t have to do that. He fixed the problem and double checked to make sure things were running well. Left me his card just in case anything else happened later.He is my guy. I wouldn’t use anyone else. All those commercial companies would’ve overcharged me. Thanks for all your help.

I had an amazing experience with Mustafa, he was very knowledgeable and very professional, not only did he resolve the issues we were having with our pipes he also explained what the issue was and how to prevent it from happening again. We are first time home buyers and he gave us all the tips to keep good plumbing pipes. He made sure that all the pipes that concerned us were looked at and after servicing us he left the area all cleaned and cared for. All for very fair pricing. We will be using them again in the future and we’d love for Mustafa to be our servicing worker again!

We had such a great experience with 24 Hours Drain & Sewer Line Cleaning. They are very reasonably priced and reliable. Moustafa was awesome! He was very responsive and came out right away. I know it was a hard job between how hot it was outside and how clogged the pipes and sewer line were. Moustafa worked really hard to make sure everything was unclogged and working normally again. I really liked how he was honest and thought about what would be best for our situation instead of just trying to make money off of us. We are now lifetime customers and have already recommended him to other people.

Amazing work. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom into our downstairs bathroom and had other plumber come 3x but the issue persisted. Mike did a great job clearing the clogged main drain from the kitchen sink. The plumber sent by the home warranty company said it couldnt be cleared and theyd have to cut into the drain pipe, so they denied the claim. Mike was able to clear it with no problem and explained everything. It was very expensive, but overall it was a very professional job.

Moustafa was professional, thorough and fairly priced. We had our kitchen drain line fully blocked. We called several companies, all were more than double his price and unable to respond quickly. Moustafs was able to snake it to get it draining again and then came back 2 days later to convert the whole line from galvanized metal to PVC to avoid any future issues. I would highly recommend.

Needed emergency service due to 1st floor powder room toilet drainage problem. Mike arrived at the exact time he said he would and immediately diagnosed and addressed the problem. Soil pipe had become dislodged from the wall creating an improper slope for drainage. He drilled new holes and reattched the straps securing the soil pipe to the concrete walls. He then cleaned out all the debris that had accumulated in the pipe to allow for proper drainage. Mike is very professional, friendly, courteous. Basement was flooding due to sump pump, Mike came immediately from another job. At 930pm. He stopped the leak and switched out the sump pump. The new one was higher off the ground so he changed the piping to ensure an adequate seal. The price of service was affordable. Work was quick and efficient i would highly recommend for any plumbing issues. He even talked me through the problems and other solutions. Great customer service! 10/10
