    We have used Tatum mechanical numerous times. Andrew is always very available and does a great job and goes above and beyond and checks the whole AC system. We have multiple buildings and he has worked on all our units and gives us a very reasonable price, always on time and fixes the problem. I would highly recommend Tatum Mechanical to work on any of your cooling and heating needs. Great company and owner Andrew . Def a 5 star rating

    So thankful to have found this company in Blackstone! Andrew was quick to return my initial phone call. He showed up on time for each appointment! (Andrew ran the propane line for a whole-house generator, and he replaced a thermostat inside the home.) His work was neat and of great quality! Andrew is super friendly and great to work with!     We found Andrew on Home Advisor. We called him to get a second opinion for a repair. His diagnosis was perfect. Andrew also saved us a lot of money by taking the bad part and having it exchanged as it was under warranty. His skills are top notch and he has integrity.

    Andrew has serviced my HVAC units for several years, both for his own and a former company. He is dependable, conscience, and efficient. I never have to wait long for him to respond to a problem, generally the same day. Recently, he took extra effort to confirm that a failed HVAC motor was under warranty and coordinated with TRANE to replace it free. His labor rates are very reasonable. I have already booked him for annual servicing inspections this Fall.

    Andrew just installed a mini split system in my sun room gave a fair price and showed up on time and I the installation was flawless everything looked absolutely great to me and I am very picky. Andrew is very knowledgeable and did excellent work I would recommend to any in need of HVAC work

    We just bought a house 1 1/2 hour from people we knew that did hvac. We got worried when the ac at our new house wasnt working, especially with kids.     Outstanding service is an understatement. We are new to the county and just brought a house had heating that would not work due to cold weather and Andrew got it taken care of immediately. Upon arrival we had several other things that was needed to be done and questions on how gas logs worked and where shutoff values are located and how to operate. Andrew went over and beyond making sure we know where items are and how to operate. He was patient, kind and knows his craft well. Tatum Mechanical has the Owens as clients for life!

    Andrew went above and beyond to acquire and install the new Waterfurnace geothermal heat pump in my house. He was extremely knowledgeable with the unit and ensured everything was functioning in normal parameters upon start-up. His duct work modifications were flawless and you can tell he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Tatum Mechanical!

    We had our house fill with smoke in October at 1 am on a Sunday morning. It was the result of a mouse creating a fire by napping on our heating coils inside our heat pump. We had the fire department come out and had to switch the system off. I left a VM for Tatum Mechanical on Sunday afternoon and received a quick a prompt call back early Monday morning. He came out to check the system and determine what caused the fire (at the time we knew it was related to the heat pump and shut power to it but didnt realize it was a mouse). He was able to order a new heat strip kit and replace it within a week. We then realized our blower wasnt working properly so he said he could come out in a couple of weeks to clean out the system to make it more efficient. He was true to his word and he discovered a couple of other issues. The system was in stalled in 2006 and its never been serviced. Its now running this morning better than it did after it was first installed. Andrew offers a fair price, prompt, courteous, and knowledgable service. We will definitely use him when we decide to replace the current system. Im hoping to get a few more years out of it.

    Coldest day in months and our furnace quit. These guys actually answer the phone, no voicemail or answering service. Arrived same day, found the problem, had the part and had our furnace running in about 30 minutes. These guys are local, have the parts you need and the knowledge to get er done. They literally bring the heat !!
