We had problems with an outdoor outlet, and couldnt get it to work - it also effected 2 outlets inside the house. Naimo Coniz was our technician and he knew exactly what to do and took care of it very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and a joy to have in our home!Thanks so much! Im so thankful to have our problem solved so quickly!! The problem was solved and the basic service fee was all it cost!!

I have used Jess Howards services several times. They are worth the wait - it may be a few weeks, but they do a great job and are consistently well priced vs the competition. I highly recommend them.

Very professional. Merlin and Judd were the two electrician that I worked with. Both were very knowledgeable and explained in detail what was needed. They were very quick with the job. Afterwards they took extra effort to clean up after themselves. True craftsmanship from start to finish... Highly recommended

They are a VERY big company and communication can be challenging. Their work is definitely five star if they can iron out communication with their residential customers. I dont know what the commercial side of the house is like.

I had an exterior emergency recently with heavy rain in the way. The overnight electrician (Rob) returned my call and even spoke directly to AEP to better understand what was needed. The following day Chuck was sent and did an awesome job, so efficient with quality results! Overall a 5 star experience.

I had a very nice experience with 2 gentleman, Ivan & Paco; that work for this company. My leasing company contracted this company to complete some electrical work in my apartment. Ivan & Paco were courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.They were kind enough to answer any questions that I had, and they ended up having to cut into the drywall to take care of the issue. The cuts were clean & easy enough to have repaired by my maintenance team. I will say they tried a less invasive approach & attempted to access my attic space first, but that was a no go (the supervisor of my maintenance team double checked, but it truly is blocked from the inside of the attic). I am so grateful my issue is resolved, and even more grateful to have had the work done by true professionals, Ivan & Paco. Thank you!

True Honesty. I woke up one morning without electric to half of my house. The problem was isolated to an outdoor situation. I originally made the mistake of calling Mr. Electric, which said to solve my problem, all of my outdoor eclectic wiring needs replaced and it would be greater than $2500.00. I then called Jess Howard solved my outdoor electric situation, after their inspection, found the true problem and fixed it for $128.10. I was very impressed with their professionalism.
