    The Technician who did the original installation didn’t bring out the new water heater. Did not leave any product manual, said he would email them (which wasn’t followed through). Joe Nannetti came out a week later to check on the installation from origin tech and made the necessary changes. Really happy with the follow up by both Joe and Amber who emailed me the user guide and necessary paperwork. 👍

    Plumb Fit installed our new vanity and countertop. Very professional and a great job. They even installed the slides for our storage drawers under the sink when that wasn’t a part of the job. They left the room as clean as they found it. We will use them again.

    Plumb Fit did a great job of replacing two water heaters and a toilet for me. I have a home that is on a steep hill and it is difficult to access the lower floors and the appliances were in very tight spaces. The Plumb Fit pros were very patient and meticulous in getting the job done right. I had to change the work orders at the last minute and Plumb Fit patiently worked with me to make sure I got what I needed. I would highly recommend Plumb Fit for fast and reliable business.

    Plumb Fit was great to work with, and Id highly recommend them for plumbing work. Brian and Caleb did excellent work, were very personable and professional, tidy, and took extra time to answer several plumbing questions I had unrelated to the work they were doing. They replaced a hot water tank, stops and supply lines for all of my sinks, toilet and dishwasher. The cost was very reasonable and the job was done on time. Amber was also a pleasure to work with when scheduling the appointment.After the work was completed, we had to head out of town for a few days. Came back and noticed the dishwasher wasnt getting any water. Thinking it was an issue with the new supply line, I called Plumb Fit. Amber was very friendly and responsive, and Brian and Caleb were out instantaneously to fix the problem. It wasnt any issue with their work, but rather a setting on the dishwasher.We will definitely be calling Plumb Fit again for any future plumbing work and have recommended them to the other owners in our building for any plumbing need.

    Plumb Fit came out the same day we called to stop a leaking hot water heater. They were back on site the next day with a replacement and some new plumbing. It will now drain properly if we ever have this problem again. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend them.

    Very happy with my experience with Plumb Fit and the installation of a new hot water heater.     If youre in need of honest advice regarding your plumbing issues, I would definitely reach out to this company. I had few issues including my bathroom shower valve, water heater fixtures, and water shutoff valve, etc. and they came for an on-site estimate, and they even fixed by my shower valve without any charge. There was no up-selling, and they helped me decide what needs to be fixed immediately and what can wait. I would definitely reach out to them again.

    So, there I was in the middle of a weeks worth of electrical work in my home when suddenly the atmospheric river that we sometimes get in Seattle totally let loose. Several feet of water built up in my crawl space and the electricians were wrapping themselves up in whatever they could to protect themselves. (Garbage bags, I kid you not!) One of them said to me, after wading through thigh-high water, Do you know a good plumber?Yes, yes I do, I said. And I immediately texted Joe N. at Plumb Fit. Within the hour, Joe texted me back and soon I had an estimate and a plan and a schedule.Later, Duke Zukowski, plumber extraordinaire, who has been to our home before and replaced almost all of the pipes in our home, who sees the work he does as both craft and art, was out here and, just hours after arrival, the sump pump was installed, the water was gone, and the future of my 1941 home was on a surer (and drier!) foundation.I have been a satisfied customer of Plumb Fit since we bought our home in 2008 when we had our bathroom re-piped. I consider them part of my team to insure that our home remains in good shape now and well into the future. Communication with them is quick and positive and professional. The work is always also on time, forward-thinking, and professional. I recommend them so very highly!

    Our tankless water heaters life finally ended. Plumb Fit came out the same day to assess what needed to be taken care of, and had a repair crew out within 24 hours! They discovered a leak in the copper tubing propane supply line and was able to fix that as well. Would absolutely do business with them again, the workmanship was expedient and quality

    I very rarely write reviews but Plumb Fit is the exception. This outfit deserves all the praise. They re-piped my entire house. They were professional. They had integrity. They were on time. They do quality work. They over-communicated to make sure we were aligned at all times. AND for the cherry on top of the cake - they are reasonably priced. Very rarely I have come across all these qualities in this industry. Very rarely and thats why I am writing this review because they sincerely deserve it.

    I am beyond impressed with Plumb Fit. I requested quotes from other plumbers and felt like second priority for some and lukewarm about others. When I reached out to Plumb Fit Amber was extremely responsive and such a pleasure to schedule things with.I reached out for a quote on the weekend, Amber responded first thing Monday, Joe came by and gave us a quote on Tuesday, and Duke and Zach installed our new water heater and new outside tap in less than three hours on Thursday.The quote we got for the water heater replacement was less than the other quotes we received by a few hundred dollars, but it honestly was Joes professionalism and Ambers responsiveness that sold us on them.Duke and Zach were punctual, efficient, and explained everything clearly.I told my husband after we accepted the quote I thought we found our plumber and after the project was complete the first thing I said was that I was right, weve found our go-to plumber.I couldnt recommend this company more highly and am so, so happy I found them!

    Needed to have our home repiped after leak was detected due to faulty plumbing done 3 years ago. Amber from Plumb Fit set up an appointment for Joe and Jason to come out and let us know what was going on and we hired them. Duke and Zak came out and repiped our home.     We had pump it out to help plum dishwasher into our kitchen for the first time. There had never been one in our 1950s kitchen before. They came up with a creative solution to make it work for us without having to tear out and replace our old cabinets. When the completed plumbing work was going to cause our dishwasher to stick out several inches from the counter they came back out and adjusted the work to make sure that the dishwasher could be flush. These folks are amazing. Everyone we interacted with was professional, patient, took the time to explain stuff to us and their work was impeccable. 100% would recommend. If something isn’t quite what you expected with how the job comes out they’ll work with you to find creative solutions.

    I had a major leak in the water line on my side of the water shutoff. They gave me my options and estimates for repair or replace. This was my second leak and the house is old, so I chose replace. They even added a second shutoff next to the house. They were so easy to work with and I felt they were fair and honest and did a great job. I hope to have them out for a few smaller projects this year. Highly recommend!!

    Thrilled with repairs Plumb Fit did for me! Had an interior drain problem that had been going on for over a decade. Over the years, other plumbers had told me my kitchen cabinets would need to come out or basement shower removed and floor jackhammered to fix. One plumbing company even ghosted me when I said it might be a complicated fix.Plumb Fit (Jason) came out and scoped the line then requested a follow up visit from full plumber. Next day, Duke looked at lines and figured out how to redirect drains by cutting a couple rectangles out of my basement ceiling sheetrock. (They, Duke & Zack, were able to screw them back in place afterward, too!) Now I just need a minor mud & tape repair. Work was completed in one day! And the price was very reasonable. My drains are running great now. Greatly appreciate professional, quality service. My new go-to plumber.

    As a project manager that has worked on multiple residential remodels, I tend to be particular about who I hire for work on my own home. Joe and Duke were the best! From our first phone call and consultation, they were honest and kind. When it came to the work they did an amazing job and navigated my husband and I both working from home....and needing to be on conference calls and such. They finished in the time frame they gave us and their quote was spot on. No haggling or random changes. I will definitely call them first if I ever have plumbing issue in future....which is highly unlikely due the amazing quality of the work done.

    Love this company. I got a couple bids for work on a burst hose bibb from this winter (I had a patch on it, but no water for outside) - also wanted to add a hose bibb to our backyard. Jason and Joe came out, quickly worked up a quote and the job was theirs. Its a little bit of a complicated story, but at the end of the day - we had to move the placement of the bibb - I told their crew where I wanted it installed over the phone from my office (not onsite). They installed RIGHT where I told them to, everything worked great, but when I came home, esthetically, I didnt like it. I called Jason, talked out the issue and was 100% prepared to pay for the crew to move the bibb as they did EXACTLY what I had asked of them. Long story short, they scheduled the crew to come back out, re-did the work and didnt charge me for it. MY screwup and they went over and above to make sure a customer was happy. 100% RECOMMEND PLUMB FIT.

    Had a great experience using PlumbFit. All my questions were answered quickly and they helped me choose the best model for my space which is very narrow. I’m super happy with the slender tank and round bowl vs. elongated (and I’ve learned a lot too!) for my space. From the time I inquired to install day it was less than 2 weeks which in this day in age is super fast considering everyone is doing home remodeling (since there’s nothing else to do!).The install had a little bump as one of the tanks wasn’t the one I ordered but Josh quickly got the replacement and we on our way again. He was thorough and efficient and in these covid times worse his mask, removed his shoes and tried to keep distance as best as you can in a 700 sq ft condo.I’d recommend using them to anyone. I’m super excited at the end result.

    I highly recommend this business!Our water heater went out on 1/26. Joe at Plumb Fit was able to get out to look at our water heater and assess it as needing replacement on 1/27. Plumb fit worked with First American Home Warranty and secured approval. And we had our new water heater by 2:45 on 1/28. Dawn Seddon, the administrative coordinator, was responsive to our plight and knowledgeable on dealing with the home warranty issues and getting the water heater ordered and the appointment scheduled. Joe who made the assessment was knowledgeable and efficient. Frank and another man were the people who installed the new water heater and were great—everything done with efficiency and left at least as clean as when they arrived. And we have hot water again.My sincere thanks to Plumb Fit.

    We discovered some black mold today when my sons tub was removed for a shower conversion. It appeared that a leak had developed somewhere in the drainpipe below the tub, but it wasnt obvious where or how. The tub removal guy readily recommended that we consult Joe, the General Manager at Plumb Fit, to determine what plumbing repairs might be required and also for a referral on mold removal.Joe was at the door an hour after I called. He quickly identified the leak, recommended two plumbing solutions, and pointed out that all of the mold was confined to insulation which easily could be removed and replaced by us without the need for a referral to a mold specialist.Joes prompt arrival, his quick professional assessment and his confidence in answering all of our questions was extremely reassuring. He did not charge us anything, but once we decide the course we take for the repair, well be calling him for sure. Thank you Joe!
