    Great service. Took out cracked bathtub and installed a walk in shower. The whole process was finished in 1 day. Pleasant people to work with. The installer forgot to a sealant tape on shower fixture, but they sent someone out immediately and fixed it right away. There was also some minor damage to a portion of a wall during install.Quality materials and product. Install was good, but could have been better.

    We wanted to remove our tub at our cabin an install a shower. 50 year old place. He raised the shower head for us so we can now stand under it. Had a small area of dry rot when tub was removed which he fixed for us. The insert and doors are amazing . Easy to care for. We even did the 18th month interest free loan which qualifying for was simple and quick. The salesman was prompt to our appointment and the installer was the best

    Thank you! We couldnt be more pleased! Not only is the product and install top notch, but Trey and his team made it incredibly easy and fast. I had anticipated a longer, more complicated and more expensive project like other construction projects weve had done. But they reviewed our needs, gave us an affordable proposal, and then came in and got it all done in a couple of days. They made it look easy. Thanks again for exceeding our expectations.

    I love my tub/showers. Only thing is that the Estimator didnt account for the overhang above my shower. They didnt measure for coverage. Also, my tub backs up at least once a month.Installer was amazing.

    Oh my gosh, I’m beyond happy with Bathfitters, and specifically Andy and Ethan, from the Kent location. They had a lot of challenges to deal with, based on a bungled job done in 2006, but handled it efficiently and competently. We love it, and highly recommend. Bathfitters rocks, and stand behind their product with professionalism and top notch customer service. Now, we have got to get rid of that 90’s linoleum!

    Although there was a glitch in the installation, the supervisor came out, assessed the situation and quickly addressed the problem. The shower door had been installed incorrectly, causing the shower to leak water onto the floor. A second installer expertly fixed the problem and the door no longer leaks. The shower surround is beautiful and easy to care for. The rep who took my order did a great job, and the whole process was easy and quick. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen. The important thing is that Bath Fitter quickly and effectively addressed the problem, and fixed my shower door. I love my new shower, and I am impressed with Bath Fitters professionalism and determination to stand behind its product. This company is a class act.

    Bath Fitter installed two handicapped ♿️ bathrooms for us. Absolutely fantastic professional workmanship, long lasting and safe. Our first experience was 10 years ago for my mother in law and our second was 2 years ago in our mobile home for us. Last year they returned to install glass shower doors.     In 2018 Bath Fitter toy out our tub and gave us a full walk in shower with safety bars and really nice shower doors. The price was right, the workmanship was quality, and 5 years later it looks new.My husband now has ALS and we needed the showers doors taken down to better fit a bath transfer chair. I called Bath Fitter to ask them to remove the doors to retain our life time warranty.They had Lucas out in 5 days. He quickly removed the doors, helped me store them, cleaned up the shower. and put the bar for the shower curtain up at the correct height. Did I mention, they did it for FREE. AND when I need the doors back on, they will reinstall.This is a quality company! I highly recommend them.

    I cant say enough good things abou Bath Fitter in Black Diamond. In 2 days with extremely minimal mess & disruption the talented installer transformed my ugly, small & dangerous little corner shower into a lovely walk in with 3 grab & a teak shower seat. The sales person worked with me to help choose the right accessories & design. She came out to my house twice to help with the design. During the process I knew exactly how much each item would cost & I never once felt pressured during the sales process. I am so enjoying my new walk in shower.

    I am very pleased with my Bath Fitter experience. Brett Hales came to my home to measure and discuss options and prices. He was very punctual and professional and not at all confrontational. We agreed on what I wanted and the price. He also gave me a tentative installation time. I received a call checking to see if a particular date was ok. I agreed and on that day, Joe showed up right on time. After seeing where the work was to be done, 2nd floor, he started right away. He removed my old tub and installed a whole new shower, complete with slip resistant floor, complete surround, sliding glass doors and all options I had requested. He did it all in one day by himself. He did a beautiful job and I am completely satisfied and happy with my new shower.

    We live in a classic, quirky old house nearly a 100 years old. Two bathrooms needed updating: One a shower stall and the other a tub and surround. WE COULD NOT BE MORE PLEASED WITH BATH FITTERS KENT. From the professional and gracious telephone contacts with Amanda and Ashley, the recommendations and bid from Jeremy, to the expert installation job done by Adam and Jourard. Those guys were friendly and meticulous with a great emphasis on the little details. They did an impeccable job updating 2 bathrooms in only 2 days! Super on clean-up, too. We love the lifetime warranty. We are happy customers!
