Repairman, Nathan was absolutely wonderful. He checked things out carefully and explained what needed to be done & explained why. He explained the outdoor fixtures worked but needed new light bulbs, asked if I had any and replaced old with new. So polite & careful too. I also want to complement phone operator too. Very polite & efficient!

Ive worked with these guys for a while now. Their work is clean and professional. They explain the work being done and answer all of my questions throughout my projects. These guys have been in Billings for a long time which is important to me as I really prefer to work with someone local, especially for service work down the road.While I can do a lot of the small stuff (outlets, light fixtures, etc.) I certainly dont claim to be an electrician so I rely on the professionals...I trust these guys, they know their stuff.

Called with a electrical problem in half of my house. Heather felt bad as they were booked clear out tell the 10th of next month. Did suggest another electrician to call, had to leave that business a voicemail. Just as I was hanging up, Heather was calling me back to say she had someone to send right out. Jeff arrived and in no time found the trouble and got the electricity restored.I felt as if they had the safety of my family and I in mind, and went above and beyond to help out!The price was very reasonable also.Thank you again,Heather and Jeff!

Called for consult on what needed to be done in my home to update and meet code. Owner came to my home the next day. Told me what was needed, called the office and set up an appointment for the following week. Kyle was the electrician who did the work. He was very efficient, did not waste time and gave me a tip or two. He has done more work for me since. I am quite satisfied with this company. Tom, the owner, was very responsive, pleasant to work with, and cares about his customers. Thankyou for your graciousness. Recommend this company

I go through a rental agency here in Billings, MT. Today I had some electrical problems with my fuse box that required professional help. I called my rental agency and they called you guys because it’s one of the companies they go through. You sent over a great guy named Joe and he had my problem fixed within 20-30 minutes tops. Not only did he fix my problem but he explained to me what was going on, which he didn’t have to do. He did an exceptional job that I feel went above and beyond the basic service you guys provide. This company is AMAZING! We came in on a Monday morning without power to our busy office. We had called another electric company that we had used for years and they said the earliest they would be here is Wednesday- even though this was an emergency! So we called Mountain and Jim Lauer was here in 30 minutes. He found out it was a Northwestern Energy project and waited for them so he could show them what he found. We were up in running within an hour because of Mountain Electric! Highly recommend!!

Called last night to get a quote (after hours even); was IMMEDIATELY connected to a REAL person (no automated phone trees here folks!) talked with Zachary who gave some AWESOME advice and was able to help me quickly troubleshoot my issue. Without hesitation I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat and will have them on my short list for our next electrical project.
