    These guys are OUTSTANDING. I had an issue with my water heater exhaust and couldnt find anybody to help. Im blessed that I came across Thelen Mechanical. They talked me through their approach to fixing my problem and had somebody out here the next morning.Joe came and did a phenomenal job. He is world class. Knowledgeable, polite, respectful of my property, and super hard working to get the job done. I couldnt be more happy.

    Nicholas was great! We had a plumbing issue and he was at our house within a few hours! He was able to fix the issue quickly. We also needed an updated water softener; he was thorough and went through all of our options with prices. He was back within the week to replace the old water softener.     I came home in late evening after my shift to a cold house. 8 am the next morning I called Thelen Mechanical and sent Tony over very quickly. I needed a new fan motor, they ordered the part for delivery and had heat back by 3ish pm. I Love supporting my local businesses. I would recommend to anyone, for good knowledgeable service!     Our sump pump went out and we called Thelen. They had a plumber on site within 2 hours. Eric L did an amazing job! He was very professional; diagnosed, and replaced our pump in no time! Highly recommend!

    Super great and explained things well! Explained how to fix our issue and what will make our issues continue. Drains now clear so we can continue to shower. Installed a humidifier for us and when we had issues a few weeks later came out and fixed the issue. Did a great job always cleans up after themselves. Also so nice and respectful.

    I was referred to Thelen Mechanical by a friend of mine who had a system put into their Nowthen home this year. Taylor came out to my house this morning to take a look at replacing my A/C and Furnace. He was very kind, professional, and thoughtful. In addition to listening to my struggles with the system I called them about… He happened to also see where I needed help with some other projects in the house and is figuring a way to get those grouped in with the other work.I haven’t gotten the quote back yet, but I’m praying it’s within budget because I’d love to hire these guys if the rest of the team is anything like Taylor!

    We needed two propane leaks repaired, and the first quote we got from another company was double what these guys charged us. The technician was really knowledgeable and super friendly, they came to our house within two hours of booking The appointment & took care of the repair and we had gas back on four hours from the first contact. very very impressive!

    Our faucet broke on a Friday evening (of course). It wasnt an emergency but not being able to use the sink all weekend was very annoying. Most plumbers werent even available to schedule an appointment until Monday morning. Looked at Thelan and they had an on-line scheduling system! I had an appointment booked by Saturday morning. They were on-time, courteous and fast. Well be using them again.

    Had an appointment for installation of a new AC unit at our home. With the extreme heat coming they had all hands on deck and were able to get us in a day early. Upon arrival Nick inspected the furnace in addition and let us know it was in need of being replaced due to carbon monoxide leaking(he could tell just by looking inside the furnace). Both our AC/furnace are 20+ years old so it wasnt a surprise. The cost wasnt something that had been planned for which left us in a tight situation. Nick refused to leave knowing the dangers of the furnace so they installed the AC and the furnace promptly, and found a way to navigate through financial hardship. This company truly puts their customers first, providing safety and comfort for families over anything else. They have earned customers for life through us and we will be sure to mention them to anyone looking for help in these areas. They have been absolutely GREAT to work with.

    We bought our house a year ago. We had some minor issues with our furnace that first winter, so this fall we knew we wanted it looked at before we started using it for the season.There were two stickers on the furnace from two local hvac companies. One was Thelen. I called both. The first one was not kind or welcoming even on the phone. The person who answered sounded irritated. The price they quoted for a basic inspection was about $170 and they were booked into December.I then called Thelen (the number from the other sticker) and reached Nick. Turns out the number on the sticker was his cell phone! Even though Id called his cell rather than the businesss main number, Nick was super friendly, kind, and informative. He arranged for Thelens office scheduler to call me to set an appointment for our service which they did within a couple hours. We signed up for their annual plan to receive a furnace check, AC check, and plumbing check along with priority scheduling and a discount on parts for $240 which is a huge value for a new homeowner.Austin was our technician (we got an appointment for the following week) and he too was friendly, polite, kind, and throrough. He fixed the minor issue wed had the previous winter, made a couple of adjustments, reported to us on the units efficiency, and bonded with our dog.We have had a great experience with Thelen and we definitely recommend this company to any & everyone in the Twin Cities area! This company and each of the employees weve had contact with are a wonderful combination of kindness and professionalism, along with customer service and technical knowledge. They provide great value and peace of mind to homeowners. Highly recommend.**update**Our spring checks came around and Austin came again to clean and check our air conditioner. I work from home and had a busy day with back to back meetings. I had to briefly leave a meeting to answer the door and keep the dog from mobbing him. Two people came out the next morning took the old 80 gallon water heater out and put in the new 80 gallon water heater which was much taller than the old one.     I reached out to Thelen Mechanical when I discovered water in my basement. Turned out my septic PVC line had settled just enough to create a blockage where it mates to the cast iron pipe coming from the house. This would not have been identified nearly as fast without the inspection camera and quick response time of Joe coming out to help. Found the issue in a real timely manner which allowed me the capability to fix the problem and even had a friendly follow up visit from the owner to make sure everything was okay.     I called Thelen to get a quote for some work I wanted/needed done in my house.They sent someone out to look over everything and provided a quote at no cost. I found their pricing to be super reasonable!I ended up getting an outside water spigot replaced, a shut off for the spigot installed, new shower trim kits in two bathrooms and a minor leak in the water main coming into my home repaired.Once I approved the estimate they were able to get me on the schedule very quickly and gave me a two hour window - they showed up right on time. They even had to coordinate with the city to shut the water off for the repair and everything seemed so smooth.They did have to come back to do one more thing that I was not able to be there for, but they sent me a picture of it when it was done which I really appreciated!I am extremely happy with the service I received - from the initial call for the quote, the two service calls and every interaction I had with the men and women in the office - highly recommend and will definitely use again!

I called, set up an appointment and it was installed this morning. I have only positive things to say about Thelen and its employees. Always friendly, professional and helpful. The techs have always been on time and work efficiently. Theyre thorough and know their trade. Thelen is our go to; we wouldnt use anyone else.First and foremost I recommend Thelen be your first call for heating, A/C, plumbing and anything else mechanical that you need fixed, replaced, inspected, maintained in your home.We got home from vacation yesterday, Sunday 7/17/22. Our A/C wasnt working and it was 84 degrees in the house. Forecast is 90s for the week. We emailed Thelen last night at 6PM and received an immediate response theyd be out between 10AM and noon today. Trace and his co-worker were here at 10AM this morning. By 10:30 our A/C was working; house is cooling down as I type.Second time this team has been here and they are awesome! They know the business top to bottom. Theyre honest, efficient, professional and very friendly. Theyre our go to.As far as a water softener, were still working with Thelen on water quality and recommended treatment.     Our A/C went out over the past weekend. We called Thelen and were able to get a service appointment for the next day.     Today our shower pipe started leaking and while my husband tries his best to fix it.. some things are made to be left alone for a professional! haha I posted and asked for recommendations from facebook and Thelen Mechanical was the most recommended! by this time it was 7pm and the thought of going through a night maybe a DAY with no water .. i couldn’t even imagined! I called and got Nick right away and he was at my place within an hour fixing it! I was amazed at how professional he was and how easy he laid everything out from what he was doing and the cost of everything! definitely would recommend him and this business to anyone!! amazing job!

    I needed a small job done and Thelen provided great service. Id called most of the places advertising on tv, but when I inquired they always had a trip charge. Thelen is local and they got my work done promptly without any extra charges. Im a very happy customer.

    Thelen Mechanical team has been taking care of our property for few years now! Always feel that my time and issues are alway a priority for the team there! I had HSP with centerpoint energy before, don’t get me wrong, their service is great too! But the scheduling is way out of the roof! Thelen took care of us! Great service and skillful! Great people every time! Took care and fixed all my plumbing, HVAC, and even garage heater needs! Price is super reasonable! Can’t get better than that IMO! You can’t put a price tag on trust!

    Very friendly and affordable service! They came out the day that I called when my AC unit fan broke down. They got the piece they needed in good time and got our AC unit fixed quickly. Will definitely use them in the future for all of our AC/HVAC needs!
