So glad to have found Platinum Plumbing and are especially appreciative of Austins responsiveness; same day service on the day after Christmas no less. Their customer service is impeccable. They resolved our immediate issues and made recommendations for long term solutions when asked, all at a reasonable price. -

They called immediately after we submitted an inquiry, were out here 25 minutes later.They did a great job and came back out on Christmas Eve!!! to make sure we werenβt without a toilet for the holidays.Huge thank you to Platinum Plumbing. -

Had fantastic experiences working with Austin. Great customer service, answered all my questions, and everything was done in an even better time frame than I expected. Austin was willing to come out on Christmas eve to help resolve some last minute complications. Highly recommend.
