Juan and the Northland Roofing Team are great folks. My home needed the rear fascia board to be replaced due to rotting/erosion over the years. Juan was able to temporarily secure the board, however they will need to return to completely replace the connecting wood. The quote and request for work was completed electronically. The price was fair with flexible payment options, they are very responsive and punctual. I highly recommend their services!Thank you 😊

Antonio and his team were prompt friendly and professional. I reached out to at least 5 vendors in my area Yonkers, Mt Vernon. None were any good. None even got on my roof to assess. John of our neighbors have used northland roofing and we made a connection with John years ago while we were walking around the neighborhood, as he was working with his crew. From start to finish, John invested a considerable amount of time with us, making sure we understood the process and that every detail of our project was approved by the insurance company. Northland roofing uses only top of the line materials and ensures nothing is overlooked. Removing and reinstalling the solar panels was also much easier than anticipated and went very smoothly. The project crew was professional and our new roof and gutters look incredible. We’ve added so much value to our house and now have piece of mind that our greatest asset (and our family) is protected.

The company was easy to schedule and quick to perform the agreed upon work. They installed two new skylights and a new gable vent window in my attic. They did all the necessary framing and took roof photos for inspection in the process, as well as cleaned up the job site nicely afterwards. I would definitely recommend them.

If youre looking for an honest man, Antonio is the guy. He was very attentive to me and my concerns. Anyone that gets 5 stars from me deserves 6 stars. I am super particular. I had a leaky skylight. The other contractors I saw never even gave me an estimate to repair what I thought was a simple leak. Antonio laid it on the line. The 2 skylights needed to be replaced. It took me 1-2 months before I decided he was right. The plastic skylights were 32 years old and my neighbors had theirs replaced a number of years ago. When I figured the cost of the materials involved (former accountant) and the labor (4 men, 1 day) I realized the price was very reasonable. Ive waited two months before writing this review so as to evaluate their work. Dont hesitate to hire Northland Roofing. Thank you Antonio.

It started with me looking to change shingles but Antonio came and pointed out some issues with the Roof board and so when we looked at changing the boards partially, Antonios quote to change the entire roof shingles and board was pretty attractive and so we changed it. The guys came and ripped out the shingles and board and redid the whole roof and cleaned up all the surroundings really well and left our home like nothing really happened. All of this in two days, overall we are very happy and you definitely need to look at Northland for your roofing needs

The crew at Northland Roofing was everything I could ask for and more. Within an hour of requesting a quote, I was contacted by Robert S. to schedule a time to see the roof and work required. The estimate came quickly and was well under what I was expecting to pay. Robert went over all my options for repairing my roof, and not two days after putting down a deposit, the crew was there. They worked incredibly diligently, finishing the job in one day. The crew was so professional and were meticulous in their clean-up. If I ever need another job done on my roof, I will definitely be coming back to Northland Roofing!

We had water leaking into our house from a buildup of heavy wet snow on the flat section of our roof. Antonio returned our call for help very promptly, sent his crew to shovel the snow off, & agreed to replace the roof in three days. When another snowstorm was predicted, they came a day early & worked until after dark to finish the job. The work & cleanup was done completely without any problems. We highly recommend Northland Roofing.

They were able to drop by for a full roof replacement only a week after I received the initial quote.Rob is a pleasure to work with and they were able to do the full replacement in only a few days and it looks great! They even realigned the gutters. The cleanup was a bit of a process but Rob and Antonio were able to ensure the job was finished to completion.

If I am working with a contractor on something as important as a roof, I would expect that the company care about the results and, if there are issues with their product later on, they would respond and care even more. Antonio felt as if he could bully, intimidate me into removing a negative review because I felt that he wasnt providing adequate service. I can attest to the fact that Antonio is NOT customer service oriented and should never interact with customers because his doing so will definitely hurt a company that really has good values, reputation and that is growing financially. As a result of Antonios antics, I ended up writing negative reviews and even contacting the BBB to file a complaint. I thought that Antonio was the only person who could address the problem but was I so wrong. Robert contacted me on Friday, September 1, and I could tell that he was very concerned about what was happening with my roof and ceilings. He showed up on Saturday morning, with his crew, and he actually walked through my kitchen, upstairs bedroom and the attic space, reviewed the video and the photos that were taken, and even did the water hose test. Very thorough because he actually cared and wanted to find out what the problem was. He listened to me, and for that alone, I was appreciative. He wasnt condescending, he was patient, kind and caring and thorough. He didnt treat me like I was an idiot simply because I was not a roofer. I even had to leave for a scheduled meeting and I was absolutely comfortable leaving him and his crew at my home with my kids, and of course my neighbor. He followed up, told me the next steps, scheduled the time and they showed up. No changes, now showing up when they wanted to, and a very detailed, step by step project. On Tuesday, two of his contractors showed up, and from the moment they met me, he knew my name and they were so polite, and clean, they knew their stuff. I didnt expect all that was done but after they cut through the roof, he showed me the water stains on the wood but everything was dry, then they replaced the ceiling in the kitchen and painted my entire ceiling. In addition, they went to my sons room and replaced the rotted wood wall panel that was molded, and painted it too! This was way more than I expected. Those two guys worked hard, and until they were finished. I tried to buy them lunch but they were so humble. We are praying that the leaks are all fixed (none so far) and, if anything does happen again, I know that I can reach our to Robert and He will be there!I will always contact Robert for any issues, new jobs or projects that I may have, even for my company as I am a property manager and will float their company around my company. Northland, please take this advice, Robert should be the face of the company. His customer service is outstanding and soothing. Our interaction on the phone and in person was so easy and pleasant that I almost forgot about the issues I had with Antonio. I can move on now, and trust Northland because of Robert and his crew. They are all very hard workers and listened attentively to our needs. We also noticed there was water dripping down our chimney inside the attic. They determined it needed a chimney crown replacement and came back and did the brickwork to resolve the problem. After several heavy storms and rain, NO water anymore. Could not be happier with their work and professionalism.

We would most definitely recommend Northland Roofing for any roofing job , big or small. We had a shed that needed a new roof and a brand-new cupola and base to be mounted on top. Antonio gave a very reasonable estimate, the roofing crew was exceptional, and he arranged for his carpenter Jose to do the custom wood cutting and mounting. Looks perfect!
