Jake is a lifesaver! Our family spent an entire week without hot water. We had a man come out and perform a diagnostic to locate the leak. My dad didn’t realize this was merely a diagnostic and no maintenance was going to be performed. This alone cost $320. This actually left us worse off because 4/5 plumbers I called would not perform any repairs without their own diagnostic. Heaven sent, Jake was willing to replace a slab leak line overhead. We now have hot water! Thank you to Jake and your impressive staff!

I called Jakes Plumbing to schedule a quote, he was able to make it out same day ( all the others I had called required a different day to get a quote). After looking at it he told me it would be a quick job and he could do it today. Previous quotes from other companies were too high in cost, I had to schedule a quote, then schedule a day to fix it, all this made me feel defeated, but 1 called to Jakes Plumbing and it is fixed!!! Jake not only fixed it he also was very informative he educated me about what he was doing. I asked lots of questions and he explained and wasnt annoyed by me asking. Thank you Jake!!! Our pilot went out on our year old hot water tank. I called Jakes to make an appointment and was told they would be in our area later that day (BONUS with crazy weather in January). After speaking with my husband, he made it clear he didnt want to pay a plumber to come by until he had a chance to look at further that evening once he was off work. So, I messaged Jake and asked for a tentative appointment for the next day, just in case. In the meantime, I was not looking forward to being without hot water all day. Needless to say, by 11 am Jake had sent me a text saying he was going to be in my area anyway, and that if he could get my pilot lit there would be no charge just for that. He didnt want us to be without hot water if we didnt have to be. He was by within the hour and had my pilot relit in a matter of minutes, while also showing me how to do it myself- in case I were ever in need of it again. Jake is a great guy and runs an honest, trustworthy company. I know several people who use them and have nothing but positive things to say. Use them next time you have a plumbing need. You will not be disappointed in the pricing or customer service!

We came home to a flooding bathroom and nauseating sewer water quickly traveling towards our master bedroom. We called Jakes Plumbing, after hours, and he was ringing our door bell before we could even start mopping up the water! He quickly discovered we had a clogged sewer line and someone had poured concrete on the area we needed to unscrew to flush our system. He had the concrete broken up, and system back in order within 30 minutes! His cost was very reasonable and the amount of money, insurance dealings, and time we saved avoiding all that water damage is priceless.He is very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We are so thankful and will use Jakes Plumbing from now on. Its hard to find a trustworthy business, but the reviews on this page speak for themselves. You wont regret calling them.

You will absolutely not find a better plumber, these fellas, are personable, helpful, will walk you through how to fix basic issues yourself, will explain everything they’re doing and why, they never over charge and they’re incredibly genuine. My family has been going to them for years, and we will never change plumbers. They are honest, and do excellent work. This time they fixed two sinks and a tub, in around an hour. You want your stuff done right? Go to them.Needed them today 10/15/24 they came same day fixed my issue and got rid of a broken branch that was digging a hold in my roof.

He went above and beyond what most people would do to try to help me solve this problem. I called Jakes today with a slow drain. I was expecting someone would be out in a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a call back and someone here in about an hour. Brendan spent a lot of time running the snake from the roof and checking the clean-out. Even when I thought he was done he ran another snake through my washer drain. He was very polite and professional. He did a great job cleaning up after himself. Price was reasonable. I will use them again if needed in the future.

Wow. I really can not say enough great things! Honest and fair pricing, super fast and high quality service, friendly and respectful. Jake answered all my questions and walked me through what I needed to know. I dont like hiring someone at random, without a recommendation from someone I know, but it was an emergency- and I am so glad I picked Jakes Plumbing! Imagine my horror when I entered the laundry room to discover it had been flooded by a dripping water heater! Even though he was on his way to another job, Jake was at my house within 15 minutes of my call to stop the leakage and assess the problem. Then he kindly squeezed us in between his already scheduled jobs the very next day- less than 24 hours without hot water! The price he quoted us was exactly what he charged and he and his assistant Brendan were quick and informative. I am beyond impressed. I picked Jakes plumbing because of his excellent reviews- you should too!

I called Jake’s plumbing because my spicket in the backyard wasn’t putting any water out when I turned it on. I had to wait a week for them to come out, but it was no problem, because they were so great when they did come! He got back there and just turned it way harder than I ever could, and the water came out. He explained why that could happen, and didn’t seem annoyed at all. He did a couple of checks outside and in. And then didn’t charge me anything. I was very pleased with the service, and will definitely use them again! I highly recommend Jake’s plumbing

They were great! I was referred to them by another plumber that came out. I was made aware of a delay(the roads are icy, not something they can control), he showed up when expected and had all the tools and parts needed to replace my pipes. He talked me through what he was doing. It ended up being easier and cheaper than I anticipated. I will definately recommend them.

Unfortunately the problem happened again a few days later, but Jake came out first thing in the morning again and fixed it. Hes very helpful and informative, as well as affordable. Jake and Brendon are great at their craft. Brendon came out to check out my leaking water heater and let Jake know the parts that were needed to be picked up. They replaced my water heater and also replaced my inlet and outlet lines that were rotting. The lines were rotting due to the previous plumbers neglect. They were made from cheaper materials and were not meant for gas heaters. I appreciate their honesty. Brendon saved me from a potential water line bursting. They clean after themselves, arrived at a timely manner, and had a fair price. Dont hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs.

Brendon not only got on my roof to unclog the vent, he trimmed the tree limbs and cleaned out that side of my gutter while he was at it! And didnt charge me extra to do it!Thank you Brendon! I called Jake because I needed roots snaked out of my line, and he sent Brandon out the next day. (I live in Edmond and called on a Monday.) Ive had root problems for the past 3 years. Ive done the job twice myself, once with a toilet snake and another time with professional snake I rented from Home Depot. Ive also had two other plumbers on two other occasions, neither of whom were able to locate the clean-out and had to go through the roof (RotoRooter snaked my furnace by mistake, however that happens, and ended up having to pay someone else to fix their damage!). Jakes Plumbing charged the less than the other two for the same service, and Brandon also easily found the clean-out, which means Ill probably never have to call a plumber again! Jake and Brandon were both extremely friendly and knowledgable. I highly recommend Jakes Plumbing!

I called Jake when it was icy and because of my needs he recommended someone else. He gave me a quote and told me that if someone charged more than that they would be overcharging. Because of his honesty and integrity I waited. I called him back and told him that I would rather give him my money even if it too another week. Brendan came and did the work and charged exactly what Jake said and that was a quote over the phone without truly knowing what they were dealing with. Brendan cleaned up afterwards and did an amazing job! I told my mother about the conversation between Jake and I before they did the job and she will use them in the future. They have forever customers with this family.

Jake is a boss! He came out on New Years Eve and replaced my water heater. Other companies in the area came to give quotes but, wouldn’t replace the water heater/tank till after New Year’s Day. Jake answered his cell and came by the house within an hour, price matched the lowest of three bids, drained the old tank, and replaced the old heater/tank in just an hour. Jake also went above and beyond and replaced flex lines that were improperly installed AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. This will be the only plumber that I will call from now on (I have used four different plumber’s for my mothers house in Edmond and mine in OKC). Forget looking elsewhere, Jake will get the job done! **** Update 2nd time that I have relied on Jake and Brenden. These guys replaced my pressure release valve that was corroded. The builder (Timbercraft Homes) continues to baffle me with their cheap neglected construction. What should have been a 15 minute repair turned into Pex rework to get the faulty valve off (no space what so ever to unscrew with a pipe wrench). Stay AWAY from Timbercraft homes and call Jake for any plumbing needs that you may have. 5 stars.

I had some work done by Jakes last year in my airbnb house. The tech came out and found the problem (which was not what I thought it was), and fixed it at a much lower price than I wouldve anticipated. Yesterday, I called them for a service call at the same airbnb house. The garbage disposal was not working. Jake called me and walked me through the method of fixing the disposal, which worked perfectly! He couldve come out and charged me a service call, but didnt. This is a very honest business that I highly recommend!
