Had a weekend issue with my heater with a house full of family, including my elderly father-in-law. Was recommended to Anderson Plumbing via a social media group in Edmond.Connected with Wes the Service Manager to find out that he wasnt too far away coincidentally, so he headed right over and got us fixed up in a jiffy. Through the entire interaction, he was professional, kind, and transparent. Wes was terrific to help me out so quickly. Moving them to the top of my phone contacts for the future.

I had stoppage in the pipes that ran outside of my house from the kitchen and these guys went on the top of my roof to fix the issue. First off, another company was going to charge me double what they charged, so the pricing was great. Second, the gentlemen that came to my home were very respectful, great customer service, and explained everything that was being done. I had initially called for an estimate and they ended up doing for me right then. I will definitely be using them again!

Had Anderson plumbing come out remove a double sink and install a single bowl sink. They notified me they were on their way, arrived shortly after and assessed the requirements. Quoted me a cost, once I agreed they started the work. Very professional, great customer service! There was a problem with the new sink, attempted to call around for 1 but I had to return sink and order a new 1. Not their fault at all. Should have opened and looked at sink when it arrived. They came out immediately after the new sink arrived and a new group of wonderful plumbers arrived, with notice of arrival and finished the job. They were so caring and professional, everyone I had contact within Anderson Plumbing Heating, would totally recommend and continue to use on next project!

Carlos and Jesse were great to work with and had my mini-split installed and running in no time!After having an independent contractor try to install it for over 4 days with many issues created, we called many HVAC companies to come out to repair and finish the installation. Most wouldnt call me back or stated they wouldnt touch it since someone else has worked on, which says a lot about their abilities to diagnose and install. Anderson came out the next day, provided a quote and had me up and running within about a week. They fixed the issues created by the previous installer and made it look great. A few days after the install the handler unit inside developed a leak, which was not an install problem but a manufacturing defect. I received a replacement unit from the company and a day later they were out to install the new unit. Great service and communication!

This company is amazing! We had a consultation and they determined my needs. Other companies had not been as thorough and had not been correct on the size of the unit we needed. Our whole experience was great ! Plumbers were here on time and were very efficient. We had several ongoing problems and each problem was addressed and repaired quickly. We have had several plumbing problems and many different plumbers here to do repairs, from time to time since 2017. Anderson Plumbing and the 2 plumbers they sent over were the best of all, we have had especially Leslie and his partner. Oh and Leslie and his partner were a great team and worked very well together. They were calm and nice and were very focused on the job. Also Leslie listened when we needed to talk to him about our plumbing problems. Great job !!!!! We have had far too many plumbing problems here over several years, and we hope to never have any more, but if we have another problem we will be calling Anderson Plumbing.

The gentleman that came to our home were thorough and professional. In 2 hours they diagnosed and fixed the problem. A faulty connector between lines caused a leak in the wall. They had to cut into the wall and ceiling. They made sure to make square cuts so the drywall and sheet rock could be easily replaced. It was a great experience as far as plumbing issues go!

Called Anderson Plumbing last week to see when they could come and fix our plumbing issue. They said they could be here on Wednesday which was just fine. Then I got a call today, Tuesday the 14th that they could come today in stead of tomorrow and that was in itself awesome to hear. They gave me a time they would arrive and they came 15 minutes earlier than expected. John Anderson knew exactly what was wrong and quickly got to work. He did an awesome job! It was actually refreshing to have a company #1 Communicate with you, #2 to arrive on site ahead of time and #3 Being Professional. We know who we will call if ever needed and Thats Anderson Plumbing!!Well we had to call on Anderson Plumbing as our hot water tank decide to quit working last Friday.. After getting our appointment set for Tuesday the 13th, we were contacted yesterday that they would be here today (Monday the 12th). We evidently may have an issues with our American Standard toilets. The company was contacted by us but wouldn’t share but information. However, Anderson’s has been very gracious and kind to fix 2 of the float valves; and this is all subsequent to having them re- build the guts on both. The toilet are 10 years old or newer. I couldn’t find the original install papers. However, the toilets are stamped March of 201/. But big thank you and kudos to Jon for fixing the float valves.

I know I can always count on Anderson Plumbing to help this damsel when in plumbing distress! They have been honest, prompt, courteous, and clean up after themselves. While I dislike the cost, it is a fair cost to fix the plumbing in this old house. While I have cheated on them a couple of times in the past with a different plumber who charged less, each time it bit me in the behind because the job done by the other plumbers was botched and I ended up calling Andersons to do the job right, which meant I had to pay more in the end. I stopped cheating on them several years back when I learned my lesson, and now I ONLY use Andersons. Thank you again for helping me with my plumbing nightmare!

After my wife and I discovered that our water heater was broken, we had initially reached out to a plumbing company that had looked at our heater and attic vents and insisted that the heater and vents would need to be replaced for around $5,000. We then reached out to Anderson and were relieved to discover that the issue was only a broken gas valve. The cost of replacement was about a tenth of what the other company had tried to charge us. Both plumbers were friendly and very knowledgeable, and they told us they could have our hot water back on later that day. They were true to their word. Thank you, Anderson, for fixing our water heater and saving us a ton of money!
